Left a review on my other account. The owner completely disrespected my review replying and saying it was “fake”. I literally have death certificates as proof that them not coming out caused my animals death. Calling my review fake to boost their reviews. And calling me low life IN THE REVIEWS. This was in July 2023. Expect a phone call about ur horrible reply. Incredibly unprofessional

Although due to human error - mistakes happen - and my appointment wasn't technically made, Shearer was kind and apologetic and saw to it that a service tech was sent. Lucas was professional, kind and knowledgeable. Great service, reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
