Good services offered and a same day response . The service department answered right away and the technician was polite and prompt. Service team has on call resources for your complacated systems including zones.

Although due to human error - mistakes happen - and my appointment wasn't technically made, Shearer was kind and apologetic and saw to it that a service tech was sent. Lucas was professional, kind and knowledgeable. Great service, reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Shearer Heating responded to my request for for same day service. My furnace stopped heating the night before and room temperature was 60 degree. Michael Monosky arrived and quickly diagnosed my problem. Michael provided exceptional service. Thank you

Mike actually helped us, took the time to figure out what was wrong when he had no idea. Didn't just dismiss us, and take our money and leave. He figured it out, explained it to me, I was confused & he then explained it to my father. Very professional, & a pretty funny guy. Well 11 months ago we had a new system put in and the team at Shearers were amazing, polite , professional. We had some issues and and the team at Shearers has stayed with us through the entire thing, always working with us and making sure we were on top of things. I am so please to say that Bob Champe and the whole team worked hard and resolved the issues we had and made everything right with us and supplied us with high quality service and a complete solution! We have been customers of Shearer Heating for 12 years and plan on staying with them in the future!

This is a great company. Very reliable, prompt for appointments, and they do not cut corners... they spend a good amount of time making sure everything is taken care of correctly. We've worked with several of their technicians over our nine years with them. They've been great, always wear shoe covers and are very conscientious in the house. Zac has been our technician for a good while now and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional and has resolve problems with our equipment. I highly recommend using this company.

We woke up to a chilly house and the furnace not working. Shearer Heating was able to get to us quickly and got the problem diagnosed and fixed. We have used them before and will again. The guys are always very knowledgeable and professional.

I was extremely pleased with Shearer Heating and Cooling. I had an issue with no heat. Called this morning and they sent Randy Bennett out to fix the issue within 5 hours of my call. Randy is very knowledgeable and informed me of the problem and how it was fixed. Randy was very pleasant.

Shearer was such an amazing company to deal with! They called ahead to give me an estimated time of arrival and were very pleasant on the phone. They came the next day for us, which completely surprised me, I thought I would have to wait several weeks.

My tech was SO knowledgeable of everything he was doing and thoroughly explained things. He was in and and so quickly, I was shocked. Our total price was very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this company. (Now if only they took care of internet and electric issues too!)

We live in one of the old Victorian homes on the Main Street. We have had so many companies come to our house and screw us over. In the eight years of living here, we have used five different companies and found only two companies to be completely and totally trustworthy. Schearer Is one of those two companies in our area that we trust Implicitly. After having one company come in and completely screw up our HVAC system (the other company lied and charged us full price to replace all of the ductwork, but it was found that they only replaced a quarter of the ductwork), schearer came in and fixed every single thing When other companies refused to help.
We have used them for Almost 8 years.
They send us text reminders when it’s time for our boiler and HVAC system to be checked which is nice when you have a busy life. They work around our schedule seamlessly. They wear foot coverings when they walk through our house.(Which is a huge deal to me!). They are very forthcoming. This company is five stars in our opinion.

I was having issues with another HVAC contractor. My Heat pump was inoperative for 7 days and the other contractor that I had hired said parts could not be available for 6 weeks or more (December 2023 in PA is cold !). I contacted Chuck at Shearer who sent Jared to my house. Jared had the parts, but he also had a different diagnosis for the problem that did not need these parts. He had the heat up and running in 25 minutes and even installed a surge suppressor in another 25 minutes. Jared's technical skills are just outstanding!! Shearer is very reputable and honest. I would have been without heat for many more weeks if I had waited for the other contractor and would have likely had to unnecessarily buy a whole new heat pump system. Highly recommend the professional maturity and honesty of Jared, Chuck, and Shearer.

I called them to look at my heat pump. They sent someone within a few hours and the technician, Jared, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and very nice. They had to order the part to fix it but they were able to get it and install it the next day. Even the person I spoke to in the office (Scott) was super nice and helpful. No one likes to have repairs but having pleasant, competent workers makes it much easier to accept. I would highly recommend this business!

We have been Valley/Shearer customers for years. They found ways to keep our old HVAC running until we could purchase a new one. This summer, we had had enough of hot temps and our capacitors in the old condenser constantly burning out so we recently had Shearer install a nee system for us. From sales to installation, Shearer was very professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, and affordable. They even have a payment plan for those who qualify. Love Sheaer. They have a customer for life.

It was 18 degrees F on a Sunday when the circulating pump on our boiler stopped working. I called Shearer and Kyle came in a couple hours and got it working, but it would have to be replaced ASAP. The very next day, Shearer called and said Chris Dovshek could be there the following morning to replace it. He and his partner (Jared?) did a great job. They were courteous and professional and finished up by the early afternoon. I would highly recommend.

Our furnace died and within less than 24 hours they had it running again. The technicians worked with us to explain what happened and helped us make choices to minimize our bill while also improving the quality of our device. We will be happy to use these guys again in the future.

Chris spotted the problem in seconds. Replaced the defective part, tested, and finished in less than an hour, including paperwork and sign-up for a maintenance plan. He's good. And should get a commission for the sign-up... I'm very pleased with this company. And the technician.

Chris D. completed the repair of my furnace a few days after he diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. The furnace was originally installed by another company who failed to identify the problem. Shearer is extremely responsive, professional, reasonable in price and communicates excellently. I would consider calling anyone else for my HVAC needs.!

We were having issues with our central air. Justin showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very helpful and professional.

I have used Shearer twice in the past couple of months. I got a same day appointment both times. They were reliable and fixed our issue each time. Jared was also very respectful and kept me informed throughout! I would recommend Shearer!
