I Hired Bossing Plumbing to fix some plumbing issues with my inline filter and UV system. Joe was great to deal with, very friendly. They showed up exactly when he said they would be there. Got in and out quick did a great job and couldn't be happier.

I needed someone to run a camera through my storm sewer line to make sure there were no leaks before work started on a sump pump for my basement. I was having trouble finding someone to do that work when I came across Joe Bossong. Not only did Joe agree to come out but he told me about a coupon special they were having for camera work. Very friendly, professional and customer focused. I would definitely hire Joe for future plumbing projects.

I had two clogged sinks that I could not do anything with so I called Bossong Plumbing. Talked with his wife who was very nice and she told me Joe would call later that afternoon. Well he did and he ended up coming out that afternoon! Joe was very nice and professional and got my sinks unclogged quickly. He also gave me some tips on how to prevent that from happening again. I had a water leak in my basement. Both Joe and Kevin came out to see what was needed to make the repairs. They came the next day prepared and did a excellent job! Kevin stayed and answered all of my questions and the repairs looked better than before and worked perfectly, Kevin stayed to make sure when the water was turned back on everything was in working order and no leaks! I called Bossong Plumbing after being referred by a friend of mine, and I was very impressed. We had 2 minor plumbing problems at our house and Joe resolved them both quickly. We wanted to replace our 29 year old Hot Water Tank before it exploded and leaked all over our floors and did any damage due to it's age. I was referred to Bossong Plumbing from a friend of mine that had a great experience with them. Joe (the owner) was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We talked about the pluses and minuses of going tankless vs staying with a traditional tank. We decided to go with a Navien tankless. Joe was actually early for the appointment and he and his assistant were very neat with the removal of my old tank and the installation of the new. They were in and out before 2pm. Everything looks very nice and tidy. Joe's price was very fair and I am very satisfied with my decision to go with this company. I even asked him to return to take care of a few more plumbing projects as I trusted them so much. Replaced a main shutoff valve and PRV for us, zero leaks and is working great. Took the time to review the rest of our newly purchased home's plumbing at our request and offered honest feedback without being salesy. Was responsive throughout the process, had a pleasant and professional demeanor, checked all the soft skills boxes. Might be a little expensive, not really sure, but you're paying for the skills & experience needed to get the job done right, plus all the other things that come with running a business, so we were happy with the end result and will certainly be in touch when we need a master plumber in the future. We needed to replace our hot water tank that was only 5 years old! (Joe did not install the tank originally.) After only a few minutes I knew that we had hired the best. He was knowledgeable and competent. The job he did was quite superior to the original installer. He was quick and extremely clean! We were unaware that not every plumber is a “master plumber.” However, when you compare the job that Joe did versus the original job- there’s no comparison. It’s reassuring to know that when the next situation arises- we now have a trusted company to call!
And when you do call- you will be greeted by a kind & professional young lady, Tiffany. She was our first impression of this company and she represented it well!
