CB Cleanings Janitorial Services has cleaned 5 apartments for me. In each case, their staff has been prompt, efficient and professional. They have been flexible when I had a short time frame for them to work with. The quality of their cleaning service has always been excellent. I am happy to give them my highest recommendation.

We hired CB Cleanings to clean our new home after a lot of construction before we moved in. The team from start to finish was friendly annd excellent with communication and did wonderful work cleaning the house. From the floors to the inside of window wells, and everything in between, the house was meticulously cleaned. Highly recommend their services.

CB cleaning did a great job with our move-in clean. The previous owners left our new home disgusting, with dust and dead bugs everywhere, and a fridge that was disgusting. CB left the house shining clean and made me feel comfortable to move our family in ! We have had them back for another deep clean since and will be scheduling ongoing cleanings with them.

Do not let these people in your home or watch them like a hawk while the are there. They came this week and I have so far found over $200 in missing meat, small appliances and personal items. They left boxes of canned goods blocking the back door and we can't use our shower or washing machine because parts are miss8ng. I wish they had never come.

I initially hired CB Cleanjng to clean our Corporate Office, a 55,000 sqft Class B, on its way to Class A. To get there, we needed a team with attention to detail and a propensity for being anal retentive. We got that - and more - with Angel and the CB Cleaning team. They’ve done a terrific job helping to bring an older building back to life.

In recent months, I’ve also had the need to use CB Cleaning out of state, on a moments notice. Every single time I’ve needed them, they’ve been there. Every State I needed them in, they were there within hours. And always with a friendly smile, a good attitude and a willingness to get things done.

We are more than very pleased with the results of our deep clean by CB Cleanings. We have lived in our house for 27 years and some areas of the house were neglected and dirty. Some members of the team put in more than 9 hours, but it was certainly spic and span clean when they left! Needless to say, we wish we had done this way sooner!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the deep cleaning from CB Cleanings!!! I walked into our home and it was a Wow factor. From the fresh smell to the clean grout to the shiny floors and vacuumed carpets. And the dust, they took care of it all. I loved all the little touches in each room - blankets on beds, curtains lowered, fancy bows on toilet paper. The cleaners were amazing - seriously impressed!! I will be using them on a monthly basis.

I had an excellent experience with CB Cleanings for a move out (deep) clean. They were responsive to my requests and questions, provided a detailed estimate, and even added extra people to the cleaning team to help get the job done quickly! They left the place sparkling and provided date/time stamped pictures I was able to use with my landlord to get my full security deposit back. They made a stressful day run as smoothly as possible. We have used the same cleaners for 11 years. They were awesome but I felt it was time to refresh. OMG! I can not even put into words the level of professionalism ( cleaning & office interaction ) that we received. I honestly did not know that a company like this existed.

My first time using a cleaning service for my home. I was nervous about picking the right company, but I have no regrets about choosing CB Cleanings! Angel was very thorough and explained things well with his walk through. Scheduling was quick. The crew arrived on time and did a beautiful job deep cleaning our home and were very respectful of our things. I look forward to using their services monthly for maintenance cleanings.

CB cleaning was very easy to work with, even primarily using my preferred communication method (text). I did a deep cleaning before my family visited for the holidays and they really did a wonderful job. It was a large crew for the initial cleaning but they were done in about 3 hours and it was like walking in to a different house with how clean everything was. They were also very willing to work with me on things like my preferences for not using traditional floor cleaners on my very old hardwood floors. There were areas clean I didn't even know existed in my house till after the crew left and I only noticed the area because of it being freshly cleaned.

Great communication before during and after window cleaning service. A very professional team showed up, worked hard and efficiently, and left my windows sparkling clean. They did a thorough job that included the inside and outside of the windows, the screens and window sills. I will use CB Cleanings and Janitorial Services again, and highly recommend them to others.

Crew arrived on time and did a thorough deep clean of our home to get it ready for the sale of the house. An amazing transformation after the crew cleaned the home which we thought was relatively clean, it wasn’t once we moved the furniture out. Communication with the estimator and scheduler were quick and easy. We have used this company to deep clean other properties and have been happy with the cleaning results and the pricing. We should hire CB cleanings for deep cleaning more often than every 20 years, we’d be healthier I bet! FYI, house was under contract 5 days after the cleaning. Thanks. CB cleaning!
