We had scheduled a high level tour of our facility with somewhat short notice(3 weeks), and we thought we'd be needing to overstaff our areas just to get sufficient cleaning done to put our best foot forward. Contacted our Anago representative and they were able to schedule us a deep cleaning the day before the tour! To say we were satisified is an understatement! The tour was successful, and they even commented on our clean our facility is. Would recommend Anago without hesitation to anyone in need of an external cleaning service. Customer service from their account managers to the cleaners themselves is exceptional.

I have been using Anago for 10 months for my business. I have been so unhappy with their services. I walk in to my place every morning and have to wipe down all the counters and go around and clean the hospitals sinks because they never do it. I have complained about this on numerous occasions. All they do is the floor, remove trash and clean the toilets. They promise the world to you when you sign up and once you are in the contract you can’t get out. My business is 4000 square feet and they are there about an hour. I have been dealing with this issue for 10 months .
My next issue is they are unreliable. Once again I find out they didn’t show up to clean. This has been multiple times. The last excuse was…..we lost the keys to your business! Wonder what the excuse will be today? Please be aware and don’t get sucked in to the nice men that show up in suits to introduce themselves with this company when you first call. Once you sign the contract you will never see these men ever again!
