Came out on Emergency call. Knowingly paid $150 charge. They were transparent.. He did not find source of leak. We were paying him as new drips started. His initial thought was shower has no glass and went down the wall/floor seam. Second thought was tub. Another $220 for tub opening which was dry and not the issue . Wanted much much more to open the ceiling. We had another plumber today. Identified issue as the toilet and suspect the cleaners who were there earlier knocked off the wax ring and had spilled or overflowed. Christian plumber knew the cleaners had been there .Perk Plumbing opened the kitchen ceiling. Showed us photos. Put a thicker wax ring around the toilet and we have no issues. Was just a $100 service call. Now we need to repair around the tub that was not the issue. Very nice guy from Christian but $370 with no solution

Overall the guys were very professional & did excellent work, but there are 3 areas that were under-served:

1. The hall bathroom has zero water flow at the Sink & Tub; toilet is very slow to refill tank. I was able to clear the sludge @ the sink nozzle but not the tube nor the hand wand; both are unusable now.

2. The 4th en suite bathroom similarly has zero water flow at the Sink & Shower and again toilet is slow to refill tank.

I feel that flow in these 2 zones should have been verified to conclude the installation.

3. The Hot water is only Luke-warm, reaching a max temp at MBR shower head of only 102 F, certainly not up to suitable domestic and prior use max temp of up to 120 F. Again, I believe that this should have been verified to complete the installation.

Taken together, I feel that Christian should make a return visit to return these conditions to prior working conditions at No Additional Charge.

Brandon is absolutely the best. Friendly, professional, goes the extra mile, and repaired our toilet and assessed our water system quickly. And our dog happily followed him everywhere...the true test of a great guy.

Great experience with employee Brandon Smith and Christian Home heating in general! Love the communication between corporate office to the customer regarding appointments and arrival times. Brandon very knowledgeable in his field and very professional and respectful. Will Recommend friends and neighbors for any heating plumbing, etc. issues.

Christian in general is terrific and Brandon was amazing. I called this morning about a toilet that probably should have been replaced 6 months ago, but waited until a cold miserable Friday to die. They are so accommodating and sent Brandon over before noon. Brandon was terrific, explained what he was doing and even went above and beyond to get everything working. Oh - and the toilet is on the 3rd floor and the shutoff valve is in the basement, so he definitely got his steps in. Great guy with a great attitude. I definitely recommend him and will request him next time I need a plumber.

Brandon is a great guy. Very professional and accommodating. He worked with me on the pricing for the plumbing job he did which was reasonable and fair.

This company is very professional, quick, and reasonably priced with no price inflation or stalling. The representative called me back promptly and scheduled the appointment for an estimate right away.

After the estimate, the work that needed to be done was clearly explained and completed quickly. Four days later, I have no regrets. I’m very satisfied with the service!

Boyle is thorough and does an excellent job. The service is wonderful! They replaced my heating, air conditioning and hot water heater and I was very impressed with their staff and service.

Good news - Bad news.
Bad news is I came home for a 3 week work trip and found Philly to be 99 degrees and my AC was 100% broken. Good news is I switched a few years ago to Boyle Energy because a friend told me it was family run. In my experience, a family run business vs a corporate run business is always going to be the better option.

Boyle took this on the way you would want a family member to help. I was not the only household without AC during this brutal week, so I was not at the top of the repair line.
To mitigate that, they sent a portable AC to be temporarily installed in my bedroom. When I saw later that night that their portable AC had a leak, I figured I unplug it and wait till morning for help.
I left a message with their answering service to let them know what was happening and within an hour a tech named Illia showed up and simply took on the task of making this right. I could write an entire review of just Illia. What stood out was his professionalism, his lack of attitude when he saw that the new AC from Home Depot didn't include a part in the box - which meant he had to drive back there at 9:30 PM, and his determination to solve the problem, etc. He was exactly the type of professional you would want on your side. I'm sure they have many qualified people working there, and I doubt you can ask for your favorite tech to be the person who works on your heating and cooling system for future maintenance. But if I could, I would ask for Illia.
Then there were the financial terms. Boyle has an agreement (right now at least) with a bank to provide an interest free loan for X months. I appreciate that since this was not a planned expense. But when Experian got their wires crossed, and did not unfreeze my credit in a timely manner to make that loan happen- the office at Boyle simply put me at ease and said - don't worry about it now, we'll work it out later.
It felt like I was in a 1950's movie.

I've told several of my friends about my Boyle Energy experience during this not so welcomed event. Everyone nods and says - it's because it's a family owned business. Yup.

They were at my home for 2 installs in 4 months. 1. A mini spilt in my home in an area with no other heat source, 2. A new boiler to replace my 28 year old furnace. The work was excellent in both cases. Both the split and furnace have been working great. Very satisfied.

we recently needed some ac repair at our new place. after noticing some issues, we contacted a local ac repair company to come check things out. the salesperson, brad, was very informative and friendly. he explained that we needed a new ac unit and coil replacement, and set up an appointment for us. i used to work for an hvac service business, so i know what good customer service looks like. the technicians, damian and his assistant, did a great job. they worked really well together, explained each step, and made sure to clean up everything after finishing. they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. we will definitely recommend this company to others needing ac repair.
