We had a really unfortunate experience with Trosini. We hired them for weeding and mulching of the front yard. When they came to do so one of their employees opened the gate to our back yard without letting us know (risking our dog escaping) to urinate in our yard on our back fence. The employee lied to us about what he was doing back there, claiming something about doing additional work. The work was also poorly done, and less than 2 weeks later, the weeds coming through the mulch were as bad as they were before they came. When I emailed the owner with these concerns (including photos), I received no response. I am very disappointed and can not recommend this company.
Update: added a star as the owner did eventually get back to me and apologized for the situation.
