Scott and his crew are wonderful. I had a pipe burst on a Sunday evening. Scott had a plumber at my house Monday morning and everything was fixed in no time. I have always found them to be prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Borzell & Norbury for your plumbing needs.

Scott is genuinely so nice and responds very quickly. We had made an appointment about our broken sump pump and had to cancel since it started working again. He said that’s good luck and didn’t give us a tough time. Genuinely nice guy and we will definitely go with him next time if any needs.

These guys are professionals and know what they're doing. Unlike some of the larger operations in the area, they were very responsive but more importantly they're honest and transparent.

We had a clogged pipe in out kitchen that prevented us from using both our kitchen sink and dishwasher. Our first plumber from Marshall Services simply couldn't get the job done. After three visits, multiple missed appointments and weeks of waiting with the other guys, we decided to go with Borzell, based on my aunts recommendation.

What a difference! Scott and his team were able to diagnose the problem right away and fix the problem without any of the gimmicks we experienced at the other shop. There's no "coupons", annual "membership clubs" and no BS with these guys. I could write you a novel about the circles we went in with our first plumber, but it's not worth it.

Simple put, we went through an absolute nightmare of a plumbing issue, and these guys were able to fix it in a timely and professional manner. I was very happy with everything they did.

Spoke to son in August and finding out he had a foot injury, he said to call back in Sept. Called in late September and didn't get a call back. Waited a few more weeks and left another message. Son called back to say they are not taking on new clients. If he would've communicated this back in Aug. I could've had found someone else in the meantime. This is why people go to larger firms instead of trying to support small businesses.

About two or three weeks ago Shaun from Epps Plumbing came out to replace our failed sump pump. We had a flash flood in the area during the same weekend our pump failed and we got some water in our basement. With all of this going on I wanted to make fixing our failed sump a priority. I called Epps that Sunday and like clockwork they came out that very next morning. Not only did he do a great job with replacing the failed pump, but he also lowered our back up pump deeper into the pit to trigger it "on" sooner in the event of a power outage or main pump failure. Prior to Shaun lowering the back up pump, we would get water in our basement every time the power failed or every time the main pump failed because the back up pump wasn't low enough in the pit. The change came as a result of Shaun's recommendation and we are in a much better place because of it. Thanks to Epps our basement is dry and we are happy. These guys are professional, prompt, courteous and diligent! Most importantly, they are peace of mind! Highly recommended and will be calling on them for all plumbing and heating needs in the future

Shaun came to our house this morning to replace a faulty water pressure gauge and add an expansion tank. He was professional, efficient and explained what was happening and why the tank would help. We have been using Epps plumbing for 15 years and HIGHLY recommend Epps to anyone looking for a honest, fair and professional plumber who gets the job done right!

Alan & Shaun Epps have always been fantastic. They have helped us with numerous minor issues over the years (toilet bowl leaks, clogged drains) and have also assisted with larger repairs (drain pump replacement, disposal replacement, hardware relocation). Super fast, super friendly and super professional service.

Our dishwasher died and my family needed a plumber to install the new one on short notice. A friend recommended Epps plumbing and I’m glad they did because they were super responsive and fit us into their schedule as soon as possible.

When the plumber, Shaun Epps, removed the old dishwasher, he discovered an issue with the flooring that made the new unit very difficult to install. Lucky for us, Shaun is quite the problem solver. He used a saw, an inclined plane, and some serious elbow grease to install our new dishwasher.

I’m so grateful Epps plumbing went the extra mile for us, especially because we have 2 small children who create a lot of dishes. These guys are definitely the best plumbers on the main line!

We’ve had a great experience with Alan & Shaun. Had them do work twice at our home - installing 2 toilets, installing vanity sink, and faucets. Professional, friendly, and very good pricing. The second time we had them over for a job was during the pandemic. Both wore masks and took proper precautions which we appreciated very much.
