We had a great experience with West Bradford recently. Our pool pump circuit had a malfunction and our pool was rapidly becoming a stagnant pond. I tried to get several electricians to honor their "same day" service with little success. West Bradford worked with me to schedule a visit as soon as an available electrician was available. The fact that Office Manager Dana kept me up-to-date on her progress made me feel a sense of comfort. And, by Monday, my pump was back up and running thanks to the persistence of electrician Matt. And the invoice was my second pleasant surprise. I now have a go-to electrician and I would recommend Wets Bradford to anyone. In fact I am planning on bringing them in to update my circuit breaker panel.

Great, friendly staff. They actually call you back! They came out twice to discuss what we needed, at no charge. Took time to explain things to me. Did not try to sell me stuff I didn't need, in fact saved me money by telling me what I didn't need to do. Great work and professionalism. I will only use West Bradford for my electrician needs in the future. If I could give 10 stars I would. Awesome.

I hired West Bradford Electrical Contractors for a few small jobs and they were fine so I decided to hire them for a big job, our kitchen. That was a mistake.

Three of our four sub-contractors were in and out in a day or two, but West Bradford had to come back five or six times and extended our project well beyond the projected date. Their employees asked me how to do the job a few times. They drilled irreparable holes in my kitchen cabinets, placed highly visible holes in incorrect places in my walls and ceilings. They tried to use a transformer in my basement from the 1980's and it didn't work with the dimmer on the under-cabinet lighting on my cabinets. I had to ask the electricians I hired to include a new LED dimmable transformer.

They had to hire a painter to fill all the holes they positioned incorrectly and paint them.

Finally, I asked them to come add additional lighting in our family room and they wouldn't because they had made so many mistakes and didn't feel capable of doing it correctly.

Matt, Zach, Steve and all of the staff at West Bradford Electric, are the BEST!! We have been using them for years. They are VERY knowledgeable, efficient and are always very professional. We have been living in the Chester County area since 1991 and we can say without a doubt, they win, Chester county‘s best, electrician award 🥇

They were great. they replaced the main wire going to the meter box that got ripped off my house from a tree branch. They did the work fast, we’re friendly, courteous and the price was very very reasonable. I definitely recommend them.

This company was great. We had old and outdated fixtures taken out and a new one put in and an outlet installed in our bathroom. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and they got the job done quickly. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We have used West Bradford Electric twice: to have garage and outside outlets installed, and to restore power to part of our house after it mysteriously went out without tripping any breaker on the day before Thanksgiving. Both times the responded promptly and completed the work efficiently and courteously. I would not hesitate to use them again. I am awaiting the invoice for the second service, but the first charge was extremely reasonable for two people spending 2-1/2 hours at our home.

This is truly a 6.0 Star Business! I’ve never stated that before! The master panel went bad at my mother’s house. She’s in her 70’s and it was cold! I scrambled to help her and found the champion in West Bradford Electric! I contacted their emergency line and they contacted me almost immediately. Steve was so kind, understanding of our plight, and ready to help! The crew removed the old master panel, installed the new one, and powered up the home! In my humble opinion they did this in record time, with attention to detail and craftsmanship! AND! They cleaned up after, leaving the space better than they found it!!! I will ONLY use West Bradford Electric from now on…. Thank you all! You performed more than a service, you saved the day for my mom!

WEST BRADFORD IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!The technicians Matt & Harry arrived within the window of time scheduled.Matt advised me on what possible repairs may be required, yet didn't attempt to inflate the job/bill.As it were, I didn't need additional repairs at all; as he only had to flip a swtich.His honesty, integrity, fair pricing & business practices are commendable.I HIGHLY recommend West Bradford & will definitely use their services again.The owner is a gem as well.

So I had these guys replace my circuit breaker panel 2 years ago and they did a great job and great price.

Fast forward to now, my circuit breaker for my washing machine and living room ceiling fan popped….so I called em. They came out and were super prompt and friendly. Always love having them over. My only problem was they troubleshot it to find out my washing machine was on a 15 am (I saw a 10amp but maybe I was wrong) and it was using 12amps and my ceiling fan was running on it and it was using 1amp and then my sump pump was running on it which was using additional amperage that would boost it past the 15amp.

When I asked if they were changing the washing machine to its own circuit breaker panel…they told me to wait and let it pop a couple more times….then call em???? Really? I was don’t know why they wouldn’t just change it then, it was only 10:30 and they were scheduled to be at my house till 12… I don’t know, lost respect….oh and now I got a bill got $187 for them to come reset my circuit breaker and tell me to wait for it to blow out then call them….go figure

I would give this company 5 stars! They were very responsive and professional. A special appreciation to Matt and Harry! They found my problem and fixed it quickly. I also appreciated Dana's excellent communication. I will definitely call West Bradford Electŕic again for my electrical needs.

Zach and Brian did an excellent job at replacing a panel for me. They were on time, courteous, and professional. Steve had to go out and get a panel that would be a better fit (physically) in the available space, and was able to do so very quickly and allow for the job to be completed on schedule. Price was competitive vs others in the area. Overall, great experience and I will certainly reach out for future needs.

I called and asked for an estimate for work I wanted done and it took almost a week for them to come and look at it. Two guys came and looked at what I wanted done and they said the office would send me an estimate by end of day or the next day. Never heard from them. If they didn't want to do the work they should have just told me instead of making me wait for nothing. I contacted another company - they came and looked at it the next day and had an estimate to me the day after.

West Bradford is easily the best Contractor, I’ve ever had work on my home And business. They are capable of any scale job, Complete the highest quality of work, And charge a reasonable rate.
Most recently we had a small electrical fire and they had somebody out the same day and charge us less than $100 when other companies wanted that just to show up.
