Found Bartlett for health care of some of our trees. They were here when they said they would be, very pleasant to work with, and Bonnie in the office is a joy!! Highly recommend!

More expensive than other providers in the area for the work to be done.
Otherwise professional but a bit curt.
My mother had asked the rep to not park on my driveway (she had a cone out specifically to prevent parking) and had asked him if he wouldn't mind moving the car as the driveway was recently paved. He was a bit rude and said his car would not hurt the driveway (not sure why he couldn't just oblige an older woman and move his car).
Nonetheless he walked the property with her and gave her estimates on different pruning and tree work.

Look no further for your Tree Expert! The folks at Bartlett were polite, punctual, and professional! The work that was quoted was flawlessly executed and their price was AMAZING! You can continue to search for other tree experts, but you would be wasting your time.

The tree was cut and branches removed one day and the 8 ft length of the trunks were removed the next. Several days later the stump was ground out. All work was expertly done. I'm satisfied with the results.

Working with certified arborist Bill Truscott was a delight. He told me in detail what I could expect from his crew of tree trimmers. They did a wonderful job as well and cleaned up the debris afterward. Bartletts is a great company to work with. You will not be dissapointed.

They did a great job of pruning and fertilizing four trees. However, they did not do a good job of cleaning up. Unfortunately, I didn't go out and look, because I saw them cleaning up and assumed that they did a good job. I spent over an hour picking up branches and raking up twigs.

I scheduled the pruning and shaping of a pear tree next to and hanging over the garage at my parent's house. The work was done to their satisfaction. "The 3 workers can come back anytime to remove additional trees". Thank you for a job well done.

We didn’t hire the service, as we are tenants on a property, but the trees in question were on our part of the property.

The crew was courteous, safe, professional, and charming to deal with. Jim, Tim, and Zach did thorough work and I’d recommend this company to anybody.

Our miniature Japanese maple tree was damaged by a careless worker on a lawnmower causing it to split. We called Bartlett to help us try to save it. Prognosis at the time was bleak - there was a 50/50 chance it could be turned around yet they were optimistic the plan they put in place could do the job.That was a year ago. Today, the tree is thriving and fully restored thanks to their arborist Vaughan. The pruning work he did to make it more like a tree than a bush was outstanding. Highly recommend this company.

We are repeat customers. The arborist listened to my concerns and requests on the consultation. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. We were lucky bc we tagged along with a neighbor who had a dangerous large broken limb still hanging in her tree from a previous storm. Otherwise it would have been possibly several months to have our minor trimming completed. Overall we are satisfied and will continue using Bartlett for our tree/bush needs.

I would highly recommend these guys,…I have a little over 4 acres I just moved into and needed help with pruning and maintenance of a lot of my trees on the property. I reached out to numerous companies and Bartlett was the most honest one I came across. I needed 3 trees taken down and 2 trees pruned and a lot of stumps grinded. He gave me an honest number of around $5k. I’ll definitely be having him back every season for maintenance.

Three years ago our hemlocks were on the verge of dying. I called Bartlett, their arborist determined the problem and prescribed a treatment. The arborist, the technicians and crew were all knowledgeable, professional and friendly, willing to fully explain what they are doing and why. I have Bartlett service the trees once each year and the hemlocks today are fully restored, thriving and magnificent. I have recommended Bartlett to family and neighbors and they have expressed the same satisfaction with Bartlett's service and results.

Have used Bartlett for at least 10 years for tree and shrub care including fertilization, insect or disease control, trimming and removal. The arborist, and job crews are well trained, professional, friendly, courteous and all see to enjoy their work.
I continue to be completely satisfied with all services they provide.

I was referred to Rob at Bartlett from my neighbor who is a professor studying trees (I knew they were good). I have had several neighbors who used them and also gave great references. Rob came out quickly, on time, spent as much time as I needed answering questions, doing a thorough walk-through, and gave advice not just about the trees in question but also about others on the property. He was so friendly and knowledgeable that I'll definitely be using them. Their rates were very fair considering the experience and quality of service. He also explained the long-term treatment plan so I knew what to expect in a year. I've had other family members use other services in the past and my experience blew them all away. Awesome.

Jason Pearn (arborist) went above & beyond detailing all problems that he identified as we walked our property. He educated me on proper tree & shrub maintenance and followed up with an email attaching more information. All crew members who have come to the house have been courteous & professional and leave the property in great shape.
Jason stops by to oversee the work being done whenever a crew is here.

We received a free assessment for our trees. The gentlemen was on time and polite. He was honest with my husband about all the trees on our property and wasn't trying to make a sale. It was refreshing to speak to someone who wasn't trying to rack up a large bill.

Great arborist consulting, and nice crew. However, sloppy pruning, with tree branch cuts damaging the tree bark and trunks. One of our once healthy trees is now dying after pruning and treatment.

Angel was very responsive and professional. He took precautions to protect our yard and was very accommodating with our requests. He and his crew members were very polite, courteous and hard working. The work we had done looks fantastic, so much so, that our neighbors came over and complimented the job he had done after he left. I highly Recommend AC Tree Experts. Thank you again Angel!

AC Tree Experts did a fantastic job removing a very large silver maple tree behind our house, grinding the stump and cleaning up the property afterwards. The team was friendly and professional and were just amazing to watch as they went about dismantling the tree and removing the large cut branches and trunk in an effective and efficient manner. They did a great job.

When we called for an estimate, Angel was out the next day, the price was fair, and the job was scheduled. They did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would. One cannot ask for anything more. I would highly recommend AC Tree Experts and will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

I contacted Angel to remove two dead ash trees in a tight spot between my fence and neighbors property. Angel was quick to come out to give quote and put the proton his schedule for a few weeks later. AC showed up on time and removed the trees being very respectful of the property line. The crew did an awesome job cleaning up after. I would highly recommend them and certainly will use the in the future if needed.
