Froio has been keeping my lawn and gardens in great shape and i appreciate the great work they do.

We haven't had a lawn in so many years no matter what we tried, or what company we hired. A friend suggested Froios Lawn & Landscape and we couldn't be happier. Just look at the difference after just one treatment!

Great work!! Froio's fully removed all of our old landscaping and landscape lighting and did a beautiful job installing new landscape lighting and landscaping. Easy to work with, prompt on ordering and installing from the start to the finish great work and our house looks beautiful. They left the yard very clean after each day and we can't wait to see everything in full bloom! 5 star

I needed to get my front lawn dealt with as it was looking quite shabby. Reached out to Froio’s and soon had an estimate for aerating the soil and over seeding the lawn. Every step of the job was clearly explained to me. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Thanks for the quick turn around from initial call and completion of the job.

From the very first phone call, the Froio staff is professional and friendly. They responded immediately for an estimate, gave a fair price, scheduled a date and the workers showed up on time. The work was done quickly, clean up was excellent and they left my yard way better than I have seen it in years.

Nick and his team did a great job putting in a new paver patio for us in the spring of 2021. Their attention to detail and project management were excellent. We are very pleased with the outcome and their follow-up once the work was complete. We recommend Froio’s for any of your hardscaping needs.

Update (June 2024): Nick’s team did an excellent job power washing and resealing our patio and covered this with no questions asked under their workmanship warranty. Our neighbor was so impressed with their work that he is considering using Froio’s for maintenance on their paver patio as well.

Froio’s came out to shape and trim our trees before a big event at our home. They were communicative, timely, and did excellent work! I would definitely use them again!

We had Froio's come out and do a beautiful hard scape Patio and graded and leveled my lawn from a water leak we had. We decided to just do all of our front start fresh and make it new. We I am not disappointed. They did a 8 ft by 6 foot patio off my new deck and it looks amazing. The grass is growing strong. In a few weeks I will have a beautiful lawn. There was no mess no issues. They were on time and so pleasant to work with. Anyone looking for a reasonable professional company look no farther. No lie my hubby said it looks good.... Well I got home it looked amazing not just good. I wanted to cry after 1 yr of dealing with this leak and the water company dig here dig there never finding the issues making a mess of my yard in several spots large spots. Frios's was a breath of fresh air. THANK YOU!

We hired Froio's to replace our patio, add a walkway and landscape the area. They did a great job. Nick kept us up to date as the project moved along so we knew every step of the way what was happening next. He also offered great suggestions to improve the job. The crew cleaned up after themselves everyday. The company was easily available by phone or email for any questions or concerns we had. I really don't know what else Froio's could have done to give us better service. We highly recommend Froio's lawn and landscaping! We will probably use them again for our next project.

We had a great experience with Froio’s landscaping and would highly recommend them! We were in desperate need of landscaping around our house, and after reaching out to a few local companies we decided to go with Froio’s because of their responsiveness, attention to detail, and fair price. Nick came out just days after our initial call and had an estimate to us within a week. When we had questions/requests about the plan he came back out to clarify and make sure we were all on the same page. Krista was very responsive and kept us posted on the plans and worked hard to get our project scheduled and completed prior to an event we were hosting. The team arrived on time and were professional and diligent workers. I was amazed at what they were able to complete in a day. The plants and design turned out beautiful. The team cleaned up beyond what I expected around our yard and the mulching and everything looked perfect when they were finished. We are thrilled with our new landscaping and very happy with the great service Froio’s provided.

This is my first year with Froio’s Lawn Service and it will not be the last. The first thing I will note is the communication. Questions are answered, emails are returned and they show up on time for appointments. The second thing is that the work is spectacular. We had brush cut down in an effort to reclaim some property from the rapidly growing brush. The job was done very well and it has opened up the space beautifully. The mowers come every week and are quick, efficient and unobtrusive. They have maintained the areas reclaimed and it looks better and better every week. Lastly we decided to have them weed and mulch the flower beds and I couldn’t have asked for a better result. Everything looks great and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Froio's provided an amazing stage and backdrop for West Chester East Marching Band's recent Market Fest on Mother's Day weekend. Moms really enjoyed taking photos with their kids and we had the perfect backdrop for our musicians! Thank you, Froio's!!!!!

Great experience with Froio’s. I had seen the sign at their office and a neighbor’s. I got two estimates for a small repair on a walkway that was sinking. Froio’s responded quickly to my call, promptly came for an estimate and emailed it to me within two days. I scheduled the work and they were adaptable to my availability. The walk looks great—totally happy and would use them again.

All the crews at Froio’s have done a fabulous job prepping our property to show for sale later this Spring of 2025. We had fungi and drought damage from 2024, and their crew chief TJ knew exactly what to do to bring it back to life. When I’ve had any special requests regarding trimming or cutting, they are very accommodating.

Froio's was outstanding throughout the entire process of installing an Irrigation system at our new home. Krista coordinated everything from explaining system and HOA approval through scheduling changes that were needed to meet some unplanned family events.
