Had them come out on October 13th and perform their semi-annual maintenance on our Heat Pump. Tech stated that I needed a couple of parts which would be covered by warranty. Never received a call back to schedule the replacement parts. My wife and I have called approximately 5 times since and calls are always answered by AI Person named Sara. Asked each time to speak to a live person. She puts us on hold to transfer us to a live person who never answered or called back. This is a ridiculous way to handle customer service. I've been religiously associated with Timothy Off for probably 15 years or more. They have always performed the work expeditiously and never had a problem. The customer service is horrendous since Timothy Off and Signature merged. Guess that I will need to find another company who at least replies to our phone calls.

As usual, great, prompt and courteous service. This time, a clogged toilet. To my chagrin, it was something I could have done myself with a tool i had in my garage. But the clog seemed deeper and the guys looked into other drainage issues around the house.

Great experience with the service technician. Quickly found the issue, provided a short term solution while parts are on order. Overall, staff was very responsive and helpful. Everything was covered under the extended warranty.
