Scott and Dwayne did an amazing job. They were professional, courteous, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They clearly knew what they were doing and provided me with a complete overview and answered all my questions about our new generator.

Our 20+ year old generator died during a 2 day power outage...We contacted New London Electric to install our replacement. They were fantastic throughout the process. Our installers, Scott and Duane were amazing. They explained the process and timing for the installation, reviewed everything after install and were finished much sooner than expected. Thanks NLE - the office crew (Julie, Jessica and Stephanie) and especially Scott and Duane. Very happy with the project!

Tony did a great job replacing our old Tesla Gen 2 charger and putting in a new Gen 3 Tesla Universal charge with J1772. A previous storm probably blew out our last one and it was 1 month out of warranty thru Tesla (ouch!). We opted to get surge protectors installed on our systems to avoid the issue again. Also protect our other expensive electrical appliances from electrical surges that are happening a lot this summer! I recommend folks reach out to New London Electric soon to do the same. The cost to install outweigh what we have lost recently due to these surges. Tony clearly new what he was doing very smart and personable.
