Good service. They are very accommodating and easy to talk to, especially since we needed to schedule multiple services across different areas and addresses.

Worker showed up on time, although he never introduced himself to my wife who was the one here while I was at work, quoted quite high for the work, and said it would take a couple hours, ok. Quote high and I expect nice work, did not get that. One 12 foot section of flex line, 2 shut offs, 2 ground clamps, 12" of 1 inch black iron pipe, and 2" of 1/2 inch pipe, and 1 elbow reducer 1/2" to 1", job was done in an hour and a half. I get efficiency, but this ain't it. 5 clamps and a flex line just bent down the wall with two shut offs on each end. I should of just done it myself. They just removed the nipple from the three way already there and tied right in. No cutting through joyces, no hard turns, one elbow and flex pipe the rest of the way. The only thing they were efficient about was demanding paid asap. All I can say is, that's a heck of a labor rate even after parts mark up. We learned our lesson about saving time, and wont be back as customers.

Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing did our die test. They were timely and courteous. They did great work and honestly were the least expensive on the Hampton list.
