We had an after hours plumbing emergency, and Pine Creek Plumbing was outstanding from start to finish. Colin arrived quickly and was polite, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain the problem, answered our questions, and completed the repair thoroughly while treating our property with care and respect.
Plumbing emergencies are stressful, but Colin's calm, knowledgeable approach gave us confidence that everything was being handled properly. We truly appreciated his prompt response and excellent service.

These guys have been great each time I have needed some work done. Most recently I had Josh come to replace some pipe in my basement ceiling. He was very professional and solved the problem easily. Highly recommend these guys

The service tech (Josh) had to come up with some creative solutions for the install and kept us updated with everything he did. Exceptional work including the clean up. We will definitely be using Pine Creek Plumbing for future jobs and refer them to friends and family.

Edit- JT, the plumber, did a great job and is a very nice man. But rotorooter sets the price and $500 is highway robbery.

Water was coming into my apartment and all over the basement of our building due to old pipes/bathroom fixtures. Plumbers came quickly and worked efficiently to resolve the issues. Made sure to clean well before leaving. Very professional

J.T. came quickly and effectively resolved the immediate issue before lining up the next step so that this ongoing problem can be prevented in the future. Less than an hour later, Doug arrived with a camera to inspect the area causing hang ups, clogs and backups. At this time we feel confident that Rotorooter will find a solution.

Wojciech (service in Elizabeth, NJ) is a wonderful tech who listened, diagnosed the problem, and provided multiple solutions before fixing the issue. I was very thankful after another plumber quoted more than double without even properly diagnosing the problem. He was also very kind and understanding.

Provided excellent, helpful guidance for an unconventional emergency plumbing situation (dealing with a short term leak while waiting for coordination between multiple construction partners). Arrived two hours after I called for help and offered an economical short term solution that is holding up so far.

Very happy with Roto-Rooter, I called in and they sent a tech out within the hour. Devin showed up and gave me options to solve my issue and the work was completed professionally and efficiently. Will definitely call back again for future plumbing concerns.

Stephen showed up in a timely manner and got the job completed quickly. He was a nice guy, no complaints about him at all. The price was a bit steep, but that's on Roto Rooter, not the employee. Luckily, they give a 6 month warranty with the unclogging a drain service.

Had a toilet leak and clog and Roto Rooter sent a team out in just a couple of hours. Devin was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. Mike was very knowledgable with the water remediation work we need and helped us work with insurance to get the ball rolling. Highly recommend!
