Excellent experience today and Dylan was very impressive. Communicated with me prior. Spent time talking to me about my issue with the new pests and let me ask questions. Was anble to identify the new pest immediately. Educated me about the issue and why it may be happening. Communicated after he finished and even went above and beyond and did an extra service for me (refilled our bait stations) as he felt it would benefit us.

Don did a great job today. He texted first to let me know when he was coming to check the traps. He took pictures of all the traps and told me how much of the bait the voles had eaten. He then replaced all the bait. I am very pleased with Greenix.

My Pest Control Agent is fantastic. He keeps me informed and offers great suggestions everytime he services my properties.

Id recommend Greenix and Don (specifically) to everyone!

I can’t say enough great things about Dylan from Greenix! He came out to treat wasps, hornets, bees, and also handled our flea and tick treatment, and the difference has been incredible. Dylan is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about solving the problem the right way.

Paul was wonderful! We are currently out of town and the routine check up was today and of course in erie it snowed, and he not only did a wonderful job servicing the house, updating us and being kind and professional, he also shoveled our steps for us! I feel so bad he had to do that as I mentioned we haven’t been home but thank you Paul for being so kind going above and beyond!

We were convinced to purchase A basic plan from Brea White who repeatedly said not to give him a bad review but we have no choice but to warn others about Greenix. He started at $99 a month but eventually gave us$49 and claimed the contract was the lowest he could give for our area. We learned later that some people received basic for $29. He also kept saying it was quarterly after the start up charge of $99. The treatment is quarterly the payment is monthly. The technician who dusted came and completed our house treatment very quickly. He told us we probably would always have spiders and tried to upsell us on a rodent package by showing ups chewed wires on his phone. We did not buy it but my neighbor did when he used the same sales tactic. Worst of all the product did not resolve our spider problem. We tried to cancel 2 times without success. The first time they told us they would retreat and we could still cancel. This was not true. Yesterday I waited 10 minutes to speak to Niobe who refused to cancel the contract for less than $350. We spent 55 minutes talking and now they are retreating our home for free with VIP service and supplying 2 coupons plus a new rate of $29. My business law knowledge is rusty, but I am pretty sure they violated a number of business and antitrust laws Their product doesn’t work. I still have spiders and spider poop!

We have had the service since August of 2025. The company has great communication and always gives us a heads up about when they are coming to spray. Our exterminator Don is friendly and courteous. He asks pertinent questions to be sure the service is working.

Vinnie and his crew were top notch. We had a big yard that needed done from scratch after construction. His team ran our gutter leads, hauled away debris, ground stumps, and Hydroseeded our yard. It was truly a white glove experience. They took on a job that had so many layers and tasks and took care of all of it seamlessly. I highly recommend Pittsburgh Hydroseeding.

Fantastic job!! Vinnie and his crew worked long days and over the weekend to get our yard in!! They made sure to make everything perfect!!! They found some stumps so they took care of them! They ran out gutter lines away from our house, and made our yard level and perfect!! So excited for the grass to get it!! I became concerned about mold after noticing a musty odor close to our vents. The cleaning team thoroughly examined the ducting and eliminated any dirt accumulation that was causing inadequate ventilation. They provided frank advice and an explanation of preventive maintenance. I feel more assured about our indoor environment, and the house smells much nicer now.

Can’t count on Clint to show up. Talked and committed to doing a job because another contractor was coming in to do other work. Clint AGREED to do the masonry. I tried calling and texting him for over a week with no response. He didn’t call or text back. I finally get a text saying “I don’t have time for your job or anyone else’s”.

Put me in a real jam and still trying to find someone else to do the job on very short notice. Which is very hard to do today.

Clint was professional and courteous. While I can't speak to the quality of his work because we did not (yet) need to hire him to fix anything, I will happily speak to his professional attitude and honesty. He took an in-depth look at my chimney and went over the issues with me, and shared with me what I should expect with each. While one contractor had told me that my chimney was in need of a lot of work after taking a step out of his truck and glancing at it, Clint climbed up to the chimney and went over the details around the mortar, flashing, joints, cap, etc. and was able to determine that the flashing was almost certainly my issue. Considering how much money he just saved me, I expect to offer him the work should anything else in my home remodel require someone with his expertise. Thank you, Clint.
