I called three upholstery cleaning companies in my area. Neshoff's was the first to return my call. The rep I spoke with gave me an estimate for cleaning a sofa. I booked an appt and the day of which, I received a call 30 min prior to alert me that a technician was on the way and gave me his name. Jeremy (technician) arrived promptly, looked over the affected areas I pointed out and got to work immediately. Jeremy was quick and my sofa looks and smells CLEAN. Jeremy was knowledgeable and gave me advice when I inquired about leather care for some of my other pieces of furniture. Would hire again and would refer Neshoff's to my neighbors/friends.

The customer experience is superb. The rep that came to the house was extremely helpful & professional. He took the time to come out the day before my scheduled appointment. I would recommend this service ten times over!

The technician was super! He was on time, patient, and very thorough. I didn't think the carpets could look as great as they do (they needed some lovin' for sure). Will definitely use Neshoff's again.

I made an appointment to have my 5 room house cleaned this morning. I moved most of the furniture (side tables) around so they can clean without any hassles. He showed up 30 minutes late. He (Gino) came alone, looked around the area and said he will have to place plastic pieces under the furniture and he didn’t want to do, and that it wouldn’t work for him. He was rude and walked out. So pathetic!

I wouldn’t ever recommend them for lack of professionalism and work ethics. I hope you will consider other choices before calling these guys.

I highly recommend this company! This is my 2nd time using them in 3 years. It is hard to find good employees right now. I was thrilled with their responsiveness, timeliness and they took the time to listen and provide honest feedback. You get what you pay for... Don't go for a cheaper company! I will continue to use them!

The company I had scheduled cancelled at the last minute. They left me in a bind, because my elderly mother was coming home from the hospital the next day, and we really needed her furniture cleaned. I called Neshoff's and Jeremy was there within a couple of hours. Even though his schedule was already full, he fit me in, in between jobs. Very professional, fast and thorough and cares about doing a good job. The furniture looks and smells great, and mom can't stop talking about it. I will be calling Neshoff's from now on.

Unfortunately my carpets were not able to be saved. Geno was honest and upfront about it. They could have took my money and ran but they were very professional and didn't even charge me for the consultation.

1st - We just moved in and actually called a competitor of his, KinglyClean Carpet Service LLC who came, looked around, and left without any communication to my spouse or I…still haven’t heard anything.
2nd - We Immediately called Neshoff’s Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and were able to get a next day morning appointment.
3rd - Not only was his quality of professional workmanship exceeded in my expectation, but his genuine care to give his very best and work his hardest as if it were his own home.
THIS IS WHY I WROTE THIS REVIEW AND WILL RECOMMEND NESHOFFS TO EVERYONE!

Lived in an apartment for 3 years and didn't have the carpet cleaned once. The living room and back bedroom were pretty bad and they did and amazing job at getting whatever stains we're there out of the floor. Very friendly and easy to work with. Will be calling them every time we need a carpet cleaning.
