We had a AC unit installed last summer. It worked well. We have been having problems with it this summer since APRIL. Cory has come out multiple times. We had a retired hvac friend look at it and he believes it’s broken. Cory insists it isn’t. They cannot or will not fix the problem and we are currently running 4 PORTABLE units plus the main unit they installed last summer and the temp continues to rise. I have a health condition so I am now stuck in my bedroom most of the day with the portable unit and my ceiling fan going. This is unacceptable and I don’t recommend this company. Update We are now running 6 portable units in the house. It was mid 70s today and whole house AC still did not cool. We now have water dripping from the ceiling where the encased ductwork is since the AC is not working properly, condensation is forming around the ductwork. This could become a mold problem. Update I’m hoping this is my last update. The owner came out and he thinks he has fixed the issue with the unit. My husband has the ceiling dried out. The owner said if it isn’t working to call back. So I am tentatively changing my review from one to three stars. Update (this will be my last update) It’s been just over a week and the AC is not working again. It has been running 7 to 10 degrees higher than it is set on. It is also no longer dehumidifying the air. We are back to running 6 portable units and a dehumidifier. They say it is an airflow issue but magically the unit will work for a full week (and all of last summer ). So that is clearly not the problem. I changed my rating to one star because they refuse to fix the unit period. Update They finally replaced the motor, which should’ve been replaced in the beginning. And here we are 8 months later and the AC unit is STILL freezing. If I could change my review to zero stars, I would
