Gino was person who cleaned rug. We previously used carpet cleaner you rent at hardware store, it left a lot of residue but Gino made carpet look like new again. Would have his company come and clean again. Very satisfied.

Jeremy arrived on time and was very professional and personable. Gino arranged to send someone out with very short notice. Price and quality was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company and Jeremy was great to work with.

I was amazed that Gino was able to restore my stained and aging carpet. It looks brand new and smells amazing!! He also did two staircases. The price was reasonable and I couldn't be more pleased.

This company is amazing!! The owner did the work himself. He was great. He took his time doing the carpets. He explained everything he was going to do, before he did anything. Kind, friendly, what more can I say! I recommend him to every one I know.

Scheduling the appointment was nice and easy and they were available when it worked for me. Jeremy arrived 10 minutes before the estimated time was very pleasant, we had a nice little chats and my carpet looks great.

Gino did the best job we have had in years. Previously we had Stanley Steemer and our carpets never looked good. But when Gino cleaned our carpeting Wednesday June 5 he did a fantastic job. Our carpeting is brighter and cleaner looking than it has been in years. We highly recommend Gino Neshoff for your carpet cleaning needs.

This is the second time I’ve used them and they did a fantastic job on my sectional that gets daily abuse from my two wonderful dogs! I highly recommend them very professional high-quality work

Update: It's a year later - Neshoff's cleaned my sectional yesterday (still under daily use by my two 60 pound dogs). Absolutely wonderful work! I think the sofa is even more deeply cleaned than before, they mentioned that they invested in and used a bigger more powerful 135 lb machine. You can spend less elsewhere but no one has cleaned my upholstery like Neshoff"s

My carpets were terrible. . I have two dogs and they are getting older and can't control their bladder anymore. But Geno pretreated the stain and my carpets look and smell much better now.

Very impressed with the service and quality of work. We had an emergency situation with a blueberry shake spill on a white carpet. Not only did Geno come first thing the next morning, but the carpet looks like new! No sign of the blueberry stain which is amazing! Highly recommend Neshoff’s!!

Geno was prompt and professional. He moved items, cleaned underneath, put foam/ plastic under legs! No one has ever done that! His service is capable of doing apartments on higher floors. Cordial! First class! Recommend him without hesitation!

I am extremely disappointed in how my carpets have turned out. Two days after they were cleaned spots started showing up everywhere. When Jeremy was finished he told me to get on and write a good review because he will get paid for it. He sat hovering over me watching me write the review and told me to make sure it was published. It was extremely uncomfortable for me. So of course I put a nice review and I am here to take it back. I do not recommend them and will not be using them again.

I have used this company twice now. The first time was when we moved out if a rented house and the second was three years later in the house we bought. I have inexpensive area rugs that we bought at a large box store that specializes in tools. They were not cheap but we're not Persian rugs. After our dog died at home we had the rugs cleaned. He pretreated with an enzyme treatment then cleaned the rugs. Took about an hour and a half to clean a 8x10, 9x13, and a 2x10 area rugs. He was very honest about the proper way to clean area rugs would be to roll them up and take them to the shop but it would cost more than the rugs were worth. He was great with my ever so helpful 4 yr old grandson who just happened to show up that morning and our terrorist Yorkie. Two weeks later the carpets still look great, none of the stains returned after they dried, great local family owned business that is half the cost of national chains.

Very happy with the results of the cleaning of my carpets. Reasonable price. The technician was very prompt, gave me some good tips and was very efficient. I would definitely use this company again. One month later, the carpets still look great.

We had them come out and clean our couch after we had a couple problems with out cat. The tech, Jeremy, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and had excellent customer service; he talked me through the process and after everything was done he showed me what the extractor pulled out of my couch. It looked and smelled so much better after it completely dried and enzyme that he used worked so well that the cat hasn't marked it again.
I would highly recommend them if you needed any carpet or upholstery cleaned. We will definitely call them again when our carpets need done!

Amazing service! Jeremy did our carpets and area rugs and did a beautiful job! He was very professional and respectful and enjoyable to be around. We have 4 young children and I drink lots of coffee, which means lots of stains! We highly recommend this company! I loved that it was local also!

Jeremy did a great job! He was on time, called when he was 25 minutes away from us, and did a wonderful job explaining exactly what he was doing and why. He gave me some good tips on caring for my carpet with a puppy as well. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to friends/family!

Geno came out and even though we found out that they could not clean the type of material that my couch was, he still left me with an injectable solution to get my stubborn smells out at no charge. I recommend Neshoff's to anyone looking for a professional cleaning. Geno went above and beyond. He didn't have to anything but turn around and leave my place, but he didn't.
