Did a great job adding a stainless steel chimney lining. New stucco and thorolastic white sealer looks great. Was also impressed with the cleanup after the job. I highly recommend Gannon Chimney if you need work done.

I believe this is our third project with Gannon. Very satisfied with the results. Jim the man in charge, excellent. He kept us informed with an attention to detail. Another project could be coming later this Summer. I highly recommend Them.

For several months I have attempted to get a quote and have this company work on our chimneys. I would have thought they would want the work but I needed to call them repeatedly and they never followed up. I am giving up and going with another company. I do not recommend if you want a job actually started

I have had a terrible experience with Gannon. They supposedly cleaned my chimney on Oct. 2nd and told us we needed major repairs to the chimney...to the tune of $2500. I had two other chimney companies come out to give me estimates for this repair and both of them told me that the chimney was so dirty they couldn't tell if it needed any work at all! Gannon said they would come back and take pictures to show me, but they stood me up and will not call me back. I have 3 phone calls in to Patrick Gannon and he will not call me back. My next phone call is my lawyer. DON'T USE THEM!

I read the negative reviews and wonder if it's the same company. I had a good experience with Gannon. They repaired the top of my chimney were easy to get ahold of and easy to work with.

I rarely write reviews of any kind but I needed to do this to help others who might benefit from my extremely poor experience. Twice I have had Gannon to my home to work on our two fireplaces. Both times we were given a quote for extensive work, and the quote was exorbitant. The most recent visit was due to leakage of moisture: the assessor told me the entire chimney would need to be taken down and rebuilt and the quote was $12,500. Yes, that’s correct. They also were to clean the chimney thoroughly. The sweep supposedly cleaned it, and charged me for the service. My husband and I hired another firm which is certified by the Chimney Safety Institute - they repaired the brick work at a cost drastically lower than Gannon’s - no demolition and rebuilding necessary. But what was most disturbing of all was that we discovered we had a thick layer of creosote buildup in the flue - extremely dangerous - and immediately obvious to the technician from the new firm. We must have this remediated before using the fireplace again - the flue was not clean, and the tech from Gannon never said anything at all about the creosote buildup. My recommendation is do NOT use this firm - they don’t know what they are doing, and the quote they gave us was pure robbery!
If I could give them less than one star I would do so. BEWARE!

I use Gannon Chimney Cleaning Services. Years ago when I lived in another town and since I moved. I called Gannon's and scheduled them to come out in a week's time. They did a great job and a very thorough. I will continue using them from now on. I hoghly recommend them!

I used Gannon to fix the stone masonry around my chimney. They gave me an honest quote and completed the work quickly and cleanly. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future for my chimney needs.

A dirty, dusty pointing job that Jimmy and crew did professionally and effectively. Very pleased with the results. The century old brick house never looked better.
