Yesterday, there was only one young associate working alone in the paint department. Her name was Leila. For a company your size, that’s unacceptable and something you should seriously address.

That said, she handled the situation exceptionally well and showed great professionalism under pressure. I truly hope she finds an opportunity with an organization that recognizes and values that level of work ethic.

Home services for LG was redirected to LG customer services, which only provided phone numbers to two very busy service providers. Earliest schedule time for an evaluation (not actual service) was about 10 days out. Still waiting on scheduled date, may reevaluate then.
