Poor customer service, overpromised and under-delivered, did not offer cutting edge solutions. Basic services, overall disappointed, management did not take the time To have customer best interest in mind

I think that ATB employs good electricians but we used ATB for our home alarm system and had some serious issues. For one, we got no training on the system they installed and no updates when procedures changed. For example, we routinely fax information when we travel. But when we recently spoke with the monitoring company, they informed us that about 5 years they switched from fax to internet for updates. ATB never told us. Then a few months ago we asked that the fire alarms be linked to the house security system but the fallout from that work was an intermittent alarm that they were never able to fix. After being awakened repeatedly we ripped out the system and went with another company. When that company came to install the new system they said that the fire alarms were not linked to the security system. Beware!

PROS: The electricians we had were respectful of our house and our family and did their best to work around us. The work they did was good and the house was patched up after the knob and tube replacement
Cons: Portions of the work in the contract was not done. Our whole first floor was put on one breaker and we were told this was our problem. They eventually fixed this. We had to settle for much of the work not being done. The electrical panel schedule shows only half the breakers in use, but all have wires. It's a guess as to what goes where and what is labeled is mostly incorrect. You also need to serve as their accounting as you receive bills without explanation of what was done.
