ps... After breaking a big branch off of my lilac and me having to go out and address it...because he didn't come tell us...which was the straw that broke the camel's back...since this has been an ongoing problem of not being thorough or careful...he has the nerve to come to the door to complain about this poor review...instead of learning from it and improving his business! In an era of reviews...you have to do a really good job and learn from your mistakes. People used to just do a good job because it was the right thing to do.
pps...in all fairness we had to address this issue multiple times before resorting to a review on Google because even our neighbors complained...so the owner was given many opportunities to make things right. Perhaps if he hadn't led the conversation with, "that review is going to hurt my business" and had instead led with an apology and an attempt to fix the situation he would have gotten a different response than, "I'm not going to argue with you, if you want good reviews go above and beyond ". Your welcome.

Jesse did a big project for us which included a rhizome bamboo barrier, grading, and a shed pad. He was very professional and extremely efficient. He had a big crew that completed the job before the expected date. We couldn’t be happier with the work. I highly recommend using Jesse.

I used Bear Landscaping for snow removal in February 2026. This was a tough job—trampled snow with heavy ice on top of it, and I have a narrow driveway between a house and a half wall. Bear Landscaping did a terrific job of completely clearing the driveway, shoveling my very long sidewalk, and shoveling paths through my backyard to my carriage house. Jesse contacted me on a weekend before any other contractor, and completed it on Monday morning. It’s a great job and I am so relieved I can get my car out of the driveway now, and not risk my life in the backyard! Reasonable rate, too.

He relocated six existing Arborvitae Green Giant trees that i planted 3 years ago. They cleared an ivy covered slope, dug holes and transplanted my trees to the newly prepped areas on my property. The slope was completely transformed and provided excellent privacy. Im very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Bear Landscaping and i will hire them for my next project.
