I rarely give reviews but need to make an exception for ThatHVAC Guy. Jordan Fleming is not only the most competent heating/AC/plumbing professional but a true local guy who will be there when you need him. We had these people growing up and I thought those days were gone. Not so - ThatHVAC Guy is the real superman.

Came home during a heatwave to a warm house. Asked a friend and he recommended Jordan. Gave him a call around 7:45 pm hoping he could come out the next day, but he said, "I'll be there in 45 minutes." 40 minutes later there was a knock at the door. An hour or so after that our AC was running again.
Can't ask for better than that.
