Ray's Heating and Air is one of the best HVAC companies I have come across. First they actually showed up. Secondly they diagnosed the problem and were able to fix the central air. They were professional from the start and I would recommend them to family and friends!

We had a great experience with Ray’s! They installed a brand new system as well as a mini-split in my son’s room and my garage gym. Ed, the salesman was very informative, professional, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us. We called another one of the those larger companies and got the hard sell technique which helped us choose Rays! Ben and Javier did a great job and were great people! Very happy with our decision and highly recommend! 10 Stars!

The most professional, friendly and efficient HVAC around. Ed is rockstar! He was able to diagnose the problem, was very thorough in explaining the issue, and answered all of my questions respectfully. He set clear expectations on the time frame from start to completion and delivered. I would give 10 stars if I could. Not only did they gain a customer for life, I will recommend their service to anyone who needs it.

Rays was immediately responsive to my request and Thora was so kind and polite. They came right away and gave me great news about my furnace. They assessed that there was no serious issue and that my unit def did not need to be replaced. Their pricing was very fair and the technician really knew his stuff. I couldn’t be more pleased!

They did a great job with my new mini-split system. My house feels so cool and the units are so quiet! The whole process was easy from start to finish and they were able to get us a great A/C and heating option for our house that fit our budget. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for hvac services!

After years of issues with my current HVAC system, we contacted Ray’s Heating and Air & they were able to fit us in quickly and were super responsive. Ed was so patient and super knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the best options for my set up/ situation. He made the dreaded process of replacing the system painless!

I would give 10 stars if possible - Ed and his team came and replaced both furnace and AC. They were very professional, and answered all of my questions. The work was done quickly, with high quality workmanship and attention to detail, and they left the site clean as clean can be. True professionals at a very competitive price! Update 6/22/2025: Ed and his team are now taking care of all of my properties! Always on time, and always responsive doing top notch work. Always fully explain the situation and take time to answer questions. I have signed up for one of their service packages for each property and I couldn't be happier! We have been working with Ray's Heating and Air for over a decade. They installed a system in our old victorian home and have been maintaining it. They care about the customer. Do a great job and are fair and very attentive. They are simply the best. I highly recommend them!

Ray’s Heating and Air was excellent from start to finish. I had a leaking AC unit and they were able to come out the very next day. Communication was great. They gave me a heads up on the arrival time and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Super responsive, professional, and got the issue fixed fast. Highly recommend!

Since I purchased my home in 2011, Ray's has been the trusted HVAC support. I needed to replace two 25 year old, original heat pumps and went to market and got a lot of responses. The clarity about the product that Ray's offered was what kept me with them. They came, installed, and have serviced everything that has been required - from a blown compressor during a 100 degree hear wave to the twice yearly maintenance services - always timely, always successful. Always honest, and that may mean the most to me. I highly recommend their services.

Had new Heat Pump system installed. Ed and his technicians did an excellent job. They are wonderful to work with very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent communication with the office and scheduling. Been using Rays service for over 40 years.

Our furnace went down Monday. Rays had their team out right away to quote it. New furnace was installed in less than a week. They did a great job. Very professional.

We found our way to Rays after our previous HVAC company sold out to a large company. The service tech was on time, professional, and thoroughly explained everything. Cost was covered under the annual maintenance plan.

We have been using Ray’s Heating and Air Conditioning since 2008 for our Air Conditioning service. Our old AC unit lasted over 30 years! This year we decided to get a new unit. Ray’s Heating and Air Conditioning came out to look at our old unit and we talked over why it was a good idea to replace the old unit which needed parts and had the old Freon in it. They gave us a great price and we had it installed today. They came when they said and finished the job the same day.

Our heatpump broke on the hottest day of the year. Ben came out the same day even though we were new customers. After diagnosing the problem we decided to go with a new unit instead of putting money into an aging system. The next day Ed and Javier were here working in the heat to install a new bryant heatpump and get us cool. A great job from start to finish. Highly recommend.

On time, reasonable price, neat and clean very professional and courteous. Did the work in a timely manner. If you’re looking for an honest company look no further.

I actually hate to leave this review, but I had Ray's come out for a full HVAC install in August 2025. They offered competitive pricing and a quick install which was appreciated. However, once the summer season ended we realized that the fan wasn't turning off. I had Ray's return in October of 2025 and they confirmed that the component was faulty and would need to be replaced. They said once the part arrived it would be a quick replacement. It took a while, but the part finally arrived and it was installed by Ben M. the technician. Ben is an excellent representation of this company and as an expert is able to answer all of the questions a customer may have while offering his professional opinion. While the customer service line can be frustrating at times and I really don't like the relay messaging system that they utilize. The workers and installers that come out are always professional, courteous, and respectful and I'd ultimately recommend Ray's for any of your HVAC needs.

I was extremely impressed with the services that I got from this HVAC company. The technician, Ben, was on time. He was well prepared, and he was very clearly experienced. He quickly identified the problem, explained the options that I had, and handled the repair without any hassle. The work was neat, the price was reasonable, and my system is running smoothly again. Overall, this is an excellent service. I’d gladly call again for any HVAC needs.
