Very cordial and professional! Efficient and done in a matter of four hours. I called at 11 AM and the job was done by 4 PM. I run a 24 hour fitness facility and was caught in a bind but with this local business that were able to fix the problem in hours. It's good to know that I have a local business who can help me out with short notice. Wish I would have used them in the past. Lesson learned. Great service on the phone and in person. Highly recommended! Keep their number handy!

I highly recommend this company. I cant think of anything negative. When I made the appointment the phone service was outstanding. It was very easy to get a same day appointment. The service call was the same. He was very knowledgeable and everything was explained to me. It was nice to deal with honestly. I was given several options to fix the problem with no pressure to make a decision on the spot. You can tell that they take pride in what they do and their top priority is helping the customer.

Great company! They were very thorough going over the products offered and gave honest opinions of what they felt was necessary for my family needs. They installed a new furnace, AC unit, humidifier, and SolaceAir UV System. They are very easy to get ahold of, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

I had catastrophic failure of a part in my furnace. I thought for sure it was going to be a full replacement. Lucas came promptly and quickly fixed the part that was broken. He was knowledgeable and nice and took the time to explain to me what was wrong. All of this and a great price too. That visit earned you a life long customer! Thank you!!!

I've used them a few times over the past few years and I'm always impressed with the professionalism and the honesty. They aren't about screwing you over for a quick buck, but rather keeping you happy as a customer and fixing only what needs fixed/teaching you about what they're doing so you can monitor it/fix it yourself in the future. Honestly who does that in this day and age?
When our heat went out a few years ago, they even came out on a Sunday.
When we do eventually replace everything, they're the only ones getting the bid. I know the price they'll give is the best and the work will be done correctly the 1st time.

This is a very professional company that is extremely helpful and accommodating. I was in Texas for training and 2 days into training my furnace went out. With one phone call late in the afternoon they were able to come out and diagnose the issue. I recommend anyone who has heating or cooling issues make Harold Zeigler heating & cooling your first call.

We noticed a rotten egg smell near the furnace. Normally a DIY kind of guy, but with the risks a gas leak creates for my family it was time to call someone I could trust to get the job done right the first time. I called Harold Zeigler Heating & Cooling and they sent a technician out immediately and the gas leak was fixed in no time. Thank you for keeping my family safe!

Great HVAC company. They installed the American Standard furnace before we moved in and they were great when the central air went. They also did some regular maintenance and helped when our nest thermostat wasn't getting proper power. Finally Todd has always been there and offered sound advice and a reasonable price. Good company.

I called for a few estimates to have heat installed in our finished basement. From first point of contact; the initial phone call to completion, everyone at Zeigler was prompt, courteous and professional. We had several options to bring heat to the finished space, ductless HVAC, wall mount heater, even a new system. Zach's suggestions were sensible and considered all the necessary details. It's been a few weeks now and there's no doubt it was the best way to approach the task. I understand this is a 3rd generation business and I can see why. Competent, professional and friendly people, good quality materials at competitive prices (and plenty of patience to help us understand the hows and whys of the installation). A great experience all around.

We had our Furnace and AC serviced, a water heater, Humidifier and UV Filter installed.

They called 15 mins before they came and arrived on time.

The price was great as well! I compared them against multiple other local companies.

They were extremely polite and cleaned everything up. The work took most of the day. I am 1000% happy with the service and products from Harold Zeigler Heating and Cooling and would recommend them to anyone!

Called in the afternoon after furnace quit - they came out the same afternoon to diagnose. Repair was completed by next afternoon. Quick, professional and reasonable.

I had called another company in November to do a maintenance check. I was told I had a crack in heating element and would need a new furnace. I got a second opinion and Zeigler came out and took everything apart and there were not any cracks. They showed me everything they were doing and proved to me there was nothing wrong with my furnace. They saved me not having to pay $6000 for a new furnace when I didn’t need to. I have learned to get a second opinion when something doesn’t sound right. They were pleasant and had no problem with me watching and asking questions.

I moved into my Grandmothers home after she passed away. She always used Harold Zeigler for all of her heating and cooling needs. I understand why. I wanted my furnace serviced and cleaned, And I had a consistent problem with the pilot going out. Lucas showed up earlier than expected, which was a good thing. Lucas was very kind, professional and courteous. I explained what I wanted done and the problem I was having. He got right to work. He explained everything to me in detail. He showed me the thermocouple that had a hole in it and he replaced it. He checked everything else on my furnace and probably did more vacuuming on it than I have done in my house since I have lived here. I'm extremely glad that Lucas came to my home. My furnace is now working properly. I would definitely recommend Harold Ziegler Heating and Cooling! Definitely 5 stars!

My furnace needed replaced. In less than 24 hours from diagnosing that the heat exchanger needed replaced a new furnace was ordered and installed.

The process was quick and reasonable.

We had an unusual issue with our furnace this week and Harold Zeigler went above and beyond to make sure our heat got fixed, even though I know it was a very busy time for them. Everyone I dealt with was respectful of my home and kids, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for getting our heat back guys!

Ramón was amazing!! Not only did he do a wonderful job, but my son is trying to learn Spanish and he was practicing some words with him! 😊

Julian & Lucas went above & beyond to get our part on a Saturday to fix our furnace & make sure we had heat during this awful frigid weather. They could not have been kinder & more professional!!

These folks are the real deal. We have used HZ H&C for years. Local and very trustworthy with a great price.

Todd came over and did an estimate to replace our air conditioning unit while examining some duct work back in 2016. I never acted on the estimate until now..2018. They still honored the original! Chet, Wayne and Isaac did a phenomenal job. Courteous, prompt, trustworthy and extremely competent. Wayne was even careful with our plants while installing the base for the new American Standard unit.....and Chet called to make sure our smoke detector would not go off while brazing some pipe.

Being in the military, I need to make sure we have no issues while I'm deployed. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure things operated well while I was overseas. I give them my highest recommendation.!
