Lee and Eli and the rest of their crew were professional, friendly and did a great job. They did the work fast and well. I'd recommend the company (we hired McVay and then Mister Sewer bought them - so they worked in tandem on our sewer lining project) as well. Everyone at the office was very kind. I had to call them a bunch of times to get help with insurance, financing and scheduling. Everyone was kind and helpful. I work from home and it was not inconvenient for me, but I did have to call nearly every time to confirm the schedule. I can imagine if you don't work at home and are really busy, it might be tough to coordinate, but it was fine for me. Not sure if it's different at other companies. All in all - great crew and worth giving them a few extra calls to confirm scheduling.
