Jon Crockett was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He assessed the leak, repaired it quickly, and took the time to listen to my other concerns, and offered options for me to consider. I recommend Master Plumbing, the entire team, provides great customer service!

I called Master Plumbing for back-up problems I was having in the master bedroom shower and toilet. The service technician, Adam, was very polite and professional. He was on-time and did a thorough job scoping the pipes with a camera and finding the source of the problem. He recommended replacing the toilet, which was a low-end brand subject to clogging and flushing problems. I've had so many problems with the plumbing in my house that I decided to go ahead with the replacement. The new toilet is a "higher-end" brand and has been working great. Adam was terrific in emailing the video of the piping underneath my house. He also explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. My only note - Master Plumbing is not the least expensive plumber in the area. They are more expensive than the previous plumber I used, but Adam did a great job!

We spent 3 days hunting parts at ACE Hardware, Home Depot and Lowes with no success. We went into Central Arizona Supply. We were helped by two gentlemen that were knowledgeable and supplied the exact parts we needed. We were in and out in 5 minutes.

I have been to several places looking to find an in stock specialty plumbing product, with no success. Although Central Arizona did not stock the item, they were by far the friendliest and most responsive store that I have been to, with genuinely helpful referrals and suggestions. This will be my first call for any plumbing supplies that I may need in the future.

I am professional plumber. At the deer valley branch, everyone is super helpful and happy which is nice when you are having a bad day. They have constantly kept up with requests to update their stock, if there’s a specific product they were lacking. They have even drove material out to me if absolutely necessary. But I would like to specifically highlight Jeremy at the counter. He goes above and beyond, even helping lift heavy or awkward product into the trucks. He has even organized all the fittings based on size and type if I have a big order so it’s way And he’s super quick to ring you up. No other counter help goes this far in this industry anymore and it’s very nice to see.

Lewisville Plumbing was professional and replaced all my old bathroom valves when I was doing a bathroom remodel. The price was so reasonable, I ended up having them replace my main valve and hose outlets. Would highly recommend!

I shopped around for a quote for my entire polybutylene piping of my house to be replaced (My house was built in the 70s). This company was the only one that gave me a quote I wanted to hear. Not only was it a good deal but it was also done quickly for how much work was required. Didn't ever see them just standing around or give me excuses why it wasn't done yet. Now after a month I haven't had any issues with leaking and my city water bill was a lot less than it ever was. Only wish that I didn't waste time having other companies come out and give me estimates. Would highly recommend!
