Shawn (Sean?) came to pump our tank and he was awesome. Super friendly and am absolute professional. He walked me through the process and let me know what he needed from me, since this is our first septic system and first time pumping. He did an excellent job and you couldn't even tell he was here. Price was exactly what was quoted. Showed up exactly on time as well. Lyons answered the phone every time I called and communicated everything perfectly. Will be using again and recommending to all!

Been using Lyons Septic since 2016, they are more than reliable and fair! We thought our situation might have been worse than it was when they came out today; very thankful for the emergency response and great customer service!

We highly recommend Lyons. I called Greg on Tuesday, he quickly returned my call that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Friday. He was on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable about our old septic tank. He did great work for a very reasonable price. We will be using him again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lyons ! We were having issues with our toilets backing up so we assumed that the septic tank needed to be cleaned. I called and he fit me in the same day ! They obviously value customer satisfaction because Greg was extremely courteous, responsive, and validated that my issues were resolved before leaving. I found positive reviews for Greg & Lyon’s Septic Service online and decided to give them a call. I had no issues getting on their schedule and their price was listed clearly on their website. On the day of service, Greg gave me a call when he was ~30min away which I appreciated. Greg was great - easy to talk to and a true professional. He was efficient and answered my questions and taught me a thing or two about septic systems. I highly recommend Lyon’s and I will use them again for my future septic needs.

In years past, I had 2 previous companies come out and pump our septic, and truthfully was NOT happy with either. This time I went with Lyons based on their great reviews. They gave me an appointment within a couple days of my call. They're a family business, and have been for many years. They did a thorough job, answered all of my questions while they were here, about how to maintain the septic system. Their quoted price was exactly what they charged. They were on time, very nice, professional, and did a great job. I'm very pleased, and I'll be using them for sure next time.

Awesome service! The owner, Greg Lyons, is prompt, courteous and extremely professional. He and his brother have continued the business that his late grandfather started in 1981. I found him via the numerous rave reviews and repeat customers he has had for many years. I will continue to use and recommend his service. I bet his grandfather is proud! 😊

I would 100% recommend Lyons Septic. I had an emergency today and called six companies that denied until Monday. I called Lyons and spoke to Greg he was very polite and helpful he was an hour away from my house and made time to come to my house to pump my septic . Lyons was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Lyons septic service. I scheduled Friday evening with a tank that was badly in need of being pumped. Greg showed up Monday morning, providing a text letting me know arrival time. He arrived as stated, efficiently pumped out the tank and charged a very reasonable price. I'd call Lyons again without hesitation.
