We had an emergency at our restaurant when all the kitchen lines backed up. After checking everything we realized the grease trap was completely full. We called Champion Septic Tank and they came out quickly to help.

The technician explained what was happening and took care of the grease trap cleaning. They also ran a hydro jet through the lines which made a big difference. Everything started draining normally again.

What I appreciated most was that they took the time to explain how often restaurants should clean the grease trap depending on how busy the kitchen is. Because of that, we decided to set up a monthly service with them so we don’t run into the same problem again.
