I called my plumber buddy when our basement floor drain started backing up. He told me to call AJacks because that’s who he and other plumbers call. They had a guy a couple miles away on another job who came right here as soon as he could. Job was done quick and clean. Impressive level of service.

Great company. I was in desperate need of a plumber on a Saturday. After calling four different places listed on Google and getting voicemails and no calls back from 24/7 companies, Ajacks picked up immediately and had someone out within 30 minutes. They identified my problem, got our water running again, and recommended a contact for a long term solution. Great service. I would highly recommend.

Living in Waukesha means you're going to have drain issues, so having a company like Ajacks and their beyond quality employees has saved me twice. A great company.

Jim is a great guy and very knowledgable and personable! He came quickly, took the time to explain the issue and what he found when fixing our main sewer line. He even brought a drop cloth to keep the work area clean. We highly recommend him and will not hesitate to call him with any needs in the future.

Called on Monday afternoon and plumber arrived early for 8AM appointment. Confirmed the issue, and was able to clear our clogged drain in 15 minutes and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend and will use them again.

Kitchen sink was clogged and backing up. A plumber came out but could not fix the problem. We called Ajacks and arrived within 2 hours after we called. Jim did a thorough job, doubled checked to be sure everything was working as it should. Very reasonable pricing. I will recommend them to friends and family. They saved our weekend plans!

Called in the morning, 2 days after Christmas. They said late morning and they came right on time.

We use Ajacks at my work and needed them at my house. My main drain became plugged on New Year’s Day, unfortunately I can’t afford holiday pay for any plumbing company. Was able to wait until the next day, as powder room toilet and kitchen were ok. Jacob did an awesome job!! He started with the 3 inch auger then went to a 2 inch just to get things started then went back to the bigger one. The main pipe just needed the rust/scale cleaned etc… cleaned out. RUNS LIKE A WHITE TORNADO NOW!!!

Had a clogged line out to the septic. Called and had Jim onsite within the hour. Had the clogged cleared soon after for a fair price. Would recommend, and use again in the future if needed.

Edited to add: I called them again for a different issue I was having today 1/1/24 and they were out on 1/2/24 and had my issue fixed quickly and AGAIN for a very reasonable price. These guys are the best!

Called for a backed up sink on a Monday evening. Problem was fixed when I got home Tuesday afternoon for a reasonable price. Thank you AJacks for prompt, affordable, and excellent service. I would recommend to anyone.

We had a sewer backup in our basement and Jim was out in less than an hour to get it taken care of. He was very knowledgeable, got the issue taken care of quickly, and charged a very fair price.

Jacob was awesome. Had another company previously out here and they wanted an outrageous amount of money to jet out my mainline. Jacob took his time to diagnose the issue and explained why I was having these issues. Jacob will be my new got to plumber if I ever have issues again

Response back to me in a timely manner was the 1st plus. Jim scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He arrived right on time and immediately diagnosed the problem and quoted me a figure that was very competitive, 2nd plus. He cleared the sewer blockage completely and thoroughly checked the success of the job. I proceeded to discuss a drain problem we were having and he immediately agreed to handle it as well. In no time the drain was open and functioning perfectly again. Extremely professional, personable, very well prepared, and very easy to work with, 3rd plus. I will definitely utilize AJack's services again and have no qualms referring family and friends to them.

I could not possibly be happier with the service I received from Ajacks. I had an absolutely horrible experience with Mr. Rooter, where they arrived late, charged me an exorbitant amount, and left telling me that they did not fix the problem and that it was only a matter of time before another backup occurred. When my sewer pipe backed up 3 weeks after they had come out, I was referred to Ajacks.

They were on time, they were friendly, and they fixed my problem at only a fraction of the price.

Jim was amazing! He was on time, friendly and very professional. He didn’t rush anything and took a lot of time to make sure things were perfect before leaving. He fixed our clogged drains from the roof so he didn’t have a huge mess in the bathroom or have to remove the toilet…and educated us about keeping them clean. He treated us like family.
