For having a not so great issue, we had fantastic service from Raymond! He got to us next day after I rang (holy cow, he answered in the late afternoon on a holiday, thankfully). Made sure to put us in his schedule today, kept in touch regarding arrival and was just so pleasant on this ridiculously hot day. He not only alerted us to issues within the tank and an area of blockage outside of it, he explained how to solve said issues at as minimal cost as possible. We are thankful that this did not cause the issues it could have inside the house, but we feel blessed for crossing paths with Raymond and Sunshine Septic Cleaning as they responded well before anything became disastrous.

We had such a great experience with Raymond from Sunshine Septic. He knows it all and guided us on digging out our septic system for the first time. He also gave us all the info we need to keep in in good shape. We will only use him for septic pumping from now on, great guy.

Raymond showed right when expected. The company was very good about calling and giving us advance notice of when the tech would be here. Raymond was very informative for ways to improve our septic tank longevity in between pumps and what household items to choose as far as toilet paper and cleaners. We are very thankful for the extra effort of teaching us how to better maintain our system. Also, we were full to the point of potential problems, so we are also thankful that he was able to come out so quickly. I recommend Sunshine Septic Cleaning to anyone in their service area.

Raymond and Sunshine Septic are the best. Exactly what you’re looking for in a situation like ours. We had a sudden backup of water in our tub and needed someone to come out ASAP. Raymond responded immediately and put us right into his busy schedule. He came out within a few hours and fixed our problem. He gave us good advice about how to avoid the problem in the future and how to save some money too. Truly a wonderful experience and we will be recommending him to anyone who asks. Raymond was wonderful to work with and he was able to come out the very next day to pump our septic. We had just bought a new home with a septic and we really had no knowledge of how to deal with it. Raymond did a great job explaining and he worked very hard to save us money because when he got out there we had major issues. I would definitely recommend using them!

Sunshine Septic is absolutely amazing .They were very, efficient and reasonably priced. Not only did they offer same day, but the job was also completed within 2 hours from the time I called in to schedule it. I was also texted an eta instantly which usually hard to get and I really appreciated not having to guess what time to be home. I Will definitely be using them again.

CSC was fast and efficient on top of being a great deal. We called on a holiday, and they were able to come out first thing the next morning--our cleanout and sewer scope was completed before noon! Couldn't recommend them enough!
