I rent a place that had the furnace go out and my landlord worked with them to get it fixed. They were really professional and provided me with an accurate timeline so expectations were set. I left the door unlocked because I wasn’t able to be home. They were kind enough to lock up when they left and not take any of my stuff ( lol ).

First class service. I was having trouble finding parts for my 1925 cast iron sink... They had the exact piece I needed! I would definitely recommend.

I'm a DIYer and called ahead to make sure they sell to the general public and not just plumbers/contractors (they sell to everyone). I came in intending to buy an all metal valve vs the plastic at the big box stores, but after discussing my issue with the salesman he pointed me towards a few more troubleshooting steps to try first. I ended up not buying anything today and followed his advice and it solved my issue. I liked that he took time to talk me through the issue and showed me respect as a potential one time small purchase vs a contractor with larger or recurring orders.
