Abdullah and his team were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

They do maintenance jetting for our sewer lines and Desmond always send us before and after pictures of the work, on top of not disturbing our residents of the building. I would highly recommend if you have a property in NYC and are seeing constant clogs.

Jose was nice and told us all of the different options we had, got the job done quick as well.

Jose showed up 40 minutes after call. Ended up hydro jetting the line, so far we have no problems with the drain.

Performed a camera inspection on our drains, and found out we have some damage. Miguel our technician was a lot of help.

Juan is knowledgeable about drainage. After he arrived he performed an inspection of the drain with his camera and gave us all the different options we had. Snake or jetting, there is a big price difference between the services but from I searched online jetting is much more effective in your drain.

Miguel was nice and did a fantastic job on the drain stoppage. Made the entire process quick and easy.

We called them after we got an water back up in the main drain. They were respectful and cleaned up all of the excess water with the pump and removed the clog in the drain.

Jose got our drainage problem fixed, whenever we have any issues they are always quick to respond and give us all details of the issues before hand.

Drains kept backing up because of grease, they jetted all of the lines with the hydro jet machine and in hours the problems had gone away. They are amazing at what they do and I would recommend using them.

Whenever we call these guys for maintenance and to clean the sewer lines they are always professional and are respectful to not make a big mess. Especially Darren, he is usually my technician and fixes the issue fast.

Carlos the owner is one of the most caring and genuinely kind people I have met in a long time. He did things he didn’t have too for our toilet install, and made sure everything was to our liking before letting the crew leave.

Carlos was fair and honest in his drain inspection. Showed us the pros and cons of all of the possible solutions we could do. Cleaned the entire sewer line for us.

Hydro jetting was performed on the main sewer line and since we got it serviced we’ve had no problems. We used to get it clogged every few weeks but nothing now, extremely happy.

Was recommend everything gutters from my friend who used them to install covers for there gutters. The process was easy and simple. They went above and beyond for us.

Snaked entire line and cleared the clog that was there. Henry is a solid guy and does a great job whenever we call. They have been servicing the building for a while now and always show up on time and diagnose the problem fairly quick.

With all of the heavy rain, our sewer kept backing up constantly. After multiple times of snaking it over and over again. We finally decided to get the line jetted out. Jose gave us a rough estimate over the phone and did a great job completing it. Additionally there used to be a smell coming as well but that has been gone too. Couldn’t be happier

Our building had an emergency and we needed them at ASAP. On the call the dispatcher assured us they would be there in less than an hour. And 30 minutes later the 2 technicians showed up. They got our water back up and running and saved us a lot of headaches and trouble.

We get semi annual jetting service for our drains, and Chris who is our usual technician shows up on time and doesn’t leave a mess for our residents. Been using them for a long time and plan on continuing with the level of service they give us.

We had a stoppage in the main line, the guys came and performed the hydro jetting and were able to get rid of the clog and debris that was in the drain. Water did spill on the floor but at least we didn’t have replace in the line itself.
