We live in the older house and one night our well pump stop working. I contact the company at 9 pm and they get back to me right away! Next morning they came over and fixed it in 15 minutes. We got our water back by 9.15 am. Fast, responsive, professional!

Lost pressure from my well. Called Godwin Plumbing and they recommended Buer Well Drilling. I called them at 3:00PM and Susan set appointment at 8:30AM the next morning. Ron and Sam showed up and discovered major leak from horizontal line to house at the well head. They had to call Miss Dig before continuing. By 3:00PM they had the leak repaired. Great service at a very modest price. I would definitely recommend Buer Well Drilling, Inc.

I have worked with Buer on many projects. They are an honest, reputable knowledgeable company that I often highly recommend. What inspired this review was a service call from Rob the other day. He was friendly fast and knowledgeable and the billing was a fair price.

My well pump stopped working at the beginning of the holiday weekend. Called Buer for help and they quickly responded. Andrew diagnosed the problem and had the parts needed to get the water flowing again. Grateful to have this family run business nearby!

Great service, honest problem resolution!! I called at 8am and my water problem was solved by 5pm. My problem was a rust hole in the well up-pipe that needed to be replaced. The technician, Dennis, made an accurate diagnosis of the scenerario and a preventative future problem well here. It took him 4 hours but he was committed and able to fix the problem on the spot. I would highly recommend Buer for any future project needs. Thanks to them, the water in my house works tonight. I am so thankful.

We called in on a Saturday, had our call answered. Our problem was completely resolved 1.5 hours after our initial call and water was running again. Thank you, Joe!

We we referred to Buer from a neighbor . We have been immensely satisfied with their help. They assisted us in replacing our pressure tank as well as diagnosing some other issues. They have been readily available for appointments and extremely friendly. All the people I have met with have been great. I am honestly glad to have a company I can really depend on each time I call.

We had a minor disaster caused by a failed pressure switch in our "new" 1964 house. I called Buer on Thursday afternoon, they had a crew out to our house on Friday morning!
Dennis and Mario were terrific. They had all the parts needed on hand, and also gave me an education on well systems (this is our first).
Not only did they fix the well pump, but Dennis also gave my husband a tip on how to repair the whole-house fan he was working on!
I think i surprised him when he gave me the invoice and I said "you guys are worth every penny!" I thought it was a very fair price.
I am in a customer-service business myself, and I am very sensitive to how it is delivered when I need it. Buer Well Drilling gets my highest marks for a great customer experience!
I also like the fact that they were the company that installed the well back in 1964! They have stood the test of time, and I am happy to endorse them strongly. Thanks!

This company will tell you nothing but lies to get your money. A truly horrible experience, they left our yard and driveway in shambles so much so that we couldn’t get contractors in to do work. When their higher up came out to look at the site he tried to claim they had already discounted the price, I pointed out they charged us for 65 feet (which is the depth they went) rather then the 165 they quoted it at which is not a discount, To which he responded they could have charged us the full amount, So he admitted that they’re willing to charge you for work they don’t do. They also claim that it’s standard to destroy a 25 foot wide by 100 foot long area for a 6 inch pipe. And On top of all of that we were told it would take 4-6 weeks and we would be priority as we had no water…it took them 13 weeks and 5 days just to get it installed not counting another 5 days before they even looked at getting the water tested. If you’re looking for a company that does good work in a timely manner this is not it.

Definitely a solid operation. I appreciated their attentiveness to all the issues I have been having. In the last 10 days I have had a old pump and old pressure tank go bad. They replaced the pump quickly and efficiently (and let me watch!) Then they were kind enough to let pick up a pressure tank from them as they closing up for the day. In all that time they were willing to answer all my questions in how to improve and keep the system "flowing!"

We lost water pressure about 7:30 am. and called Buer at 8:00 am. The crew arrived at 9:00 am , pulled the old well pump and installed a new one, and left a little after 10:00 am. The guys were quick and very friendly, especially considering the 100 degree “feels like” readings. I’d give six stars if possible!

My house's water stopped working in the middle of the night and I was referred to Buer Well the next day. I called them at 8am and they had a team at my house by 8:45am! They were extremely fair, transparent and professional throughout the repair process.

Once they discovered the problem, they provided me a quote on what it was going to cost to repair it. Having never encountered this type of work before, I did my due diligence and called one of their competitors to see if the price seemed reasonable. The competitor I spoke with asked what company I had working on my well, when I told them it was Buer they replied, "Those people are honest, good, straight shooters. No need for you to get another quote from us or anyone else." What a great reputation where even the competition acknowledges it!

To make a long story short, the water returned to our house and everything is back running as expected. I felt that I was treated as a longtime customer of theirs even though it was my only interaction with them. Buer Well is how small businesses should be run and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of well work! 5 star!

Sent a message at 8pm that no water believed submersible pump was bad. 8am received a call asking about situation and verifying address. She said she would pass info to service dept. 15min later service department call and said they were on the way. I stated I was sure it was the pump and they said they had everything on the truck. They arrived around 930am and was done around 11am we had water. Had to pull the pump 100feet, replaced pump and I asked them to install new pressure regulator. So happy and what more Wife was happy. THANK YOU

I thought these people were good honest people took them awhile to get the job done this was last year this is how they left my stuff so you might want to check cuz those black things right there that's rubber with Automotive clamps. They went down way too far my water is still disgusting. When ask them about it when you going to fix what you destroyed including landscape have gotten no response. They want me to continue to pay them good luck anybody else experience this please let me know very unhappy customer.

Started having issues with our water pressure on a well. Called Buer and they set up an appointment for the following week. Joe came out right on time and was able to quickly diagnose our issue and fix it within an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Gave me a ton of information on our well system and its health and most importantly: ways I can maintain it to keep it at top shape. Fantastic service and I would not hesitate to call them again for any well needs.

From the moment Denise took my call, to getting a timely estimate from Steve. I knew I had called the right company for our new well.

The crews were no exception to the rule. They were super friendly and willing, if not wanting, to answer any and all of my ridiculous questions with genuine sentiment.

Everyone showed up on time from the estimator to the drilling and install crews.

Our site was left as clean as if they were never there.
And to top it all off, they came in 10 feet under our estimated depth.

I highly recommend Steve Buer, his family and group of skilled employees to anyone looking for a crew that knows the "drill"!

Called Buer first thing in the morning as the well water wasn't flowing and they had the new well pump installed by noon the same day. Very professional and courteous. Appreciate their sense of urgency to take care of us. Cannot recommend them high enough for what they did for us! 6 out of 5 stars!

Will not use again. Company prioritizes profit over customer service.

We had our well chlorinated on Wednesday, 6/25, after it tested positive for bacteria. For some reason, the technician had my husband—who was home taking care of our toddler at the time—assist with the job. Due to what I can only assume was poor communication and lack of follow-thru on the tech's part, a faucet in our basement was left running, which we didn’t discover for over four hours. As a result, most of the chlorine was drained from the system before it had time to be effective.

We immediately called to explain the situation and were told they understood and would return to re-chlorinate the well. However, despite the urgency and simplicity of the service, they didn’t come back until Monday, 6/30—five days later. During that time, we had no usable water in our home. We didn’t flush the system because they never told us we could/should do so, and we *certainly* didn’t expect to be without running water for nearly a WEEK while waiting for them to correct their own mistake.

To make matters worse, they charged us again for the second visit. I understand that businesses have expenses, but in every professional setting I’ve worked in, companies take responsibility for their own errors. Asking a customer to pay twice—after a week without access to running water—is unacceptable.

This experience was frustrating, costly, and poorly handled. If you value responsiveness and accountability, I recommend looking elsewhere.

UPDATE: Buer has reached out and tried to make this right. They have refunded us for their second visit.

My husband woke up for work and heard water in our basement. He went down to find a leak coming from our pump area. Called Buer and had people out in less than an hour. They returned later that day and said they could try to get it done by that night because we had a huge rainstorm coming. They stayed until 7pm getting the job done! Amazing quick service done wonderfully! This company does a great job and care about their clients. Thank you Buer!

Extremely knowledgeable and experienced septic service. These guys are pros. They replaced my septic tank several years ago and everything has worked flawlessly since. I recently called them in to help locate key points of my septic system before starting a major landscaping project at my house

I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, honest, and reasonably priced. My first contact was with Sam. who, with the assistance of Sherry in the office got me scheduled for my septic inspection. Tony arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. He really wanted to help me. Tony was able to find the location of the distribution box and leach lines with his camera system. Which by the way another septic company wanted to charge thousands of dollars to excavate what Tony did with a camera inserted into the system. Tony then prepared a report for the Health Department. After submitting the report, the Health Department wanted a minor clarification so I reached out to Sherry and Tony who took care of it RIGHT AWAY!!! Thanks Sam, Sherry and Tony!!
