Today Joseph Morin came out to my house and installed the Kinetico water softener as well as a Kinetico water purifier under the kitchen sink. Very professional, quality minded, the kind of person one wants inside their home! He went over everything required to insure i can keep my system operating perfectly! Highly recommend!

Elvin did an amazing job!!! He explained what he was doing and asked if we had any questions. He was extremely knowledgeable. Good technicians are hard to find. We appreciate that he serviced our units.

Ronnie is the best! He went above and beyond to get our old water softener working one more time, till we could get through Christmas Holidays. After the holidays, we do plan on purchasing a new water softener from him. He is very informative and funny! When CGC Kinetco van pulled up at my house, and see Ronnie get out, we knew we were going to get the best service possible!! He deserves 5 stars, and needs to be recognized by CGC !! Excellent service, pricing was extremely fair and their sales consultant Christian is extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable and didn’t push us to make a decision. It was clear he wanted what was best for our home and so they won the business hands down.

Absolutely excellent experience with this company from the initial call to Sarah in the front office who was very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us. Ronnie, the technician worked overtime to install our new water softener system and educate us on it, he was great and very knowledgeable. I definitely want to give a big shoutout to Joseph and the entire CGC Home Services team! They’ve been a great company to work with very fast, prompt, and professional. Joseph did excellent work. Even as a young man, he really knows his craft and takes pride in what he does.
I also appreciated seeing how well the team works together he was missing a part, and another team member came right out to help him finish the job without any delay. They installed a K5 Reverse Osmosis system, ran a water line to my refrigerator, and added a drinking faucet at my sink.
I also went with the Kinetico City Package for my softener to help protect my appliances and fix the hardness I was seeing in my showers. I’m super excited to start using the Kinetico system and truly appreciate Joseph and the CGC team for their great work! I forgot they also put in a brand new water heater of Bradford for White I would definitely recommend this company

I had a water softener added to my house. The sales demonstration by Abraham Rukab was very informative. I liked that our system is mechanical and easy to use. He demonstrated how to operated the system including how to change the filter. He provided a follow up to make sure we were happy with the product. We saw a noticeable change in how our appliances reacted to the softened water. Installation was quick and easy. Recommend for areas with hard water.

I first hired CGC Water Services to install a water conditioner for my condominium and a Kinetico R.O. water filtration system for my condo as well. The process was very simple and they were able to configure the system to filter water for my refrigerator dispenser and ice maker as well. This was a nice bonus.
Then when I bought my home in 2021, they installed another water conditioner that was not electric but recycled based on the volume of water that flowed through it. Also, another R.O. water filtration system which is especially important since I have kidney issues which requires my consumption of a lot of water each day.
Both systems work great and the customer service from CGC Water Services is on target. I appreciate the great work to provide me with the best quality water for my health and future. I highly recommend this company.

CGC was very professional in every respect. They cane out and provided several proposals. The proposals were very competitive. The installation technician was very courteous and the quality of work sound. It’s nice to see a company and its employees go the extra mile. We had a water softener and dechlorination filter installed. Highly recommend.

Cgc services has been an honest and trustworthy company since I purchased a kinetco filtration system, along with an RO system for my kitchen. They came and actully tested my water unlike other companies and were straight up truthful about the system they offered and how it would operate. Their customer service is spot on and their product is wonderful. I have horrible sulfer water and the system i purchased over a year did great. Fast forward, on of the tanks was leaking and my water started to smell. They replaced the tank along with the carbon inside the tank free of charge. I also purchased a peroxide system as my water is extremly bad. Tech came out installed new tank and peroxide pump and my water is truly amazing. Honest dudes and grewt products. Would 100% recommend.

Joe and Nick were professional and thorough, installed our system and explained everything they were doing. Very efficient! We’re very happy with the system and customer service from start to finish. Our initial contract was Christian who did a great job explaining to us also and sold us on the product and company.

Replacing three home builder installed toilets with better flushing, chair height Kohler Highline toilets. CGC ordered the toilets we requested, replaced our existing toilets with the new ones and hauled the old toilets away. We were quoted a price of $900 per installed toilet. Matt Mlodzinski is the plumber that performed the work. He provided the initial job quote and that is what it cost. Matt did a great job. Showed up on time and was done in about 2 1/2 hours. During installation, he answered several questions I had on how the toilets function and showed me how easy it is to replace the tank flushing canister gasket which is the wear part. We really like our new toilets. They look and function great.

My DC backflow prevention valve between the house and irrigation water lines had never been tested since I bought the house. So I had a tech from CGC test it. One of the check valves was off by a tiny amount so he recommended replacing it. However the $1200 quote is for a more expensive reduced pressure system as used in critical applications, not needed for just stopping siphoning water out of the sprinkler system into the house water lines. I don’t put chemicals into the sprinkler system, just plain water straight from the well. A double check valve or even just a vacuum breaker valve are typical for that use, and as all-brass Zurn-Wilkins DCPB valve goes for $260 on Amazon.
A week after the CGC tech left, I wondered why my lawn was turning brown. Sprinkler control was fine, but when I checked a few zones, no water from the sprinklers. Turned out the tech had broken part of the handle on one of the check valves so he left it in the OFF position rather than risking breaking it completely. Didn’t tell me either. And he cut off all the caps on the 4 test connectors and left them on the ground instead of replacing them. The caps keep dirt and rain water out of the test ports so they are there for a reason.

He was on time explained what he was doing and why. He kept my garage clean throughout the process of recharging the carbon filter on my water softener as well as replacing the filter for the system.
