This company and the people are wonderful. Small business and family owned is always the way to go. We contacted them about a bathroom remodel. The pricing was reasonable. They came every day in the middle of a snow and ice storm in February when nothing was open and people weren’t going to work. That’s customer service! They answered any questions we had while the process was occurring and when there was a significant amount of water damage found they corrected the issue with not much more added to the final cost. They finished ahead of schedule and had us back in that bathroom quickly. We love our new bathroom. While any renovation is stressful, they made it as easy as can be from start to finish. We knew we were in good hands and will use them again!

I'd highly recommend this group for any home remodel/building project. They recently completed a bathroom remodel for me in Lebanon, TN. I believe they work throughout the greater Nashville area. They were timely, responsive, professional..and fun. It's a husband/wife team and then they have a group of full-time contractors. They also have strong sub-contractor relationships, so they were able to get us scheduled quickly. One example of their extra help - we had bought some mirrors to install that weren't the best quality. They gave us a recommendation for a custom mirror installer that worked way better and ended up being around the same price. They helped with all the communication and coordination. It was a relief to have someone to help that had the connections and expertise we needed.

Gary and I are really impressed with the way that The contractors Group did business with us.We went on Angie to look for a contractor and was notified by the contractors group.We sat up an appointment with them at the end of May to give us an estimate on doing two Bathroom projects.One was to gut and remodel and the second one was a bath
And shower added in the basement. We are truly happy and satisfied with both new bathrooms.We were fortunate enough to have somplace elce to stay while this project was going on.The group sent photos after each phase of the project so that we could see what was being done before they started the next phase.Jimmy and Amber were very kind and courteous as well as all of the other members of the group that we spoke with.We can't thank you enough on how easy you made this happen for us.Thank you again to Jimmy,Amber and the rest of your team for making these bathrooms look fabulous.

We were so pleased with the quality and professionalism of these people. We were notified of who was coming and when, workers were courteous and respectful. Concerns were handled immediately. Our work was completed much quicker than we anticipated. Absolutely would recommend these people!

Jim, Jimmy, and the entire team made what I thought would be a stressful basement remodel (based on my experience remodeling the rest of the house with other contractors), a walk in the park. I contacted Jim and told him I was interested in a basement remodel, and a few minor additions to the upstairs. He showed up within a few days to take measurements and discuss different ideas I hadn't thought of, such as adding a return air duct in the basement to help with air movement. Next we sat down at their home office and discussed materials needed, costs, and most importantly timeline. Jim was able to provide a detailed timeline of events and contractors who will show up. Not only did they stick to that timeframe, but beat it by two days! Their work is exceptional and went above and beyond by adding a few extra bits here and there to "finish" the project, but did not charge extra. I would recommend The Contractors Group to everyone, and I will use them again in the future.

We are repeat clients, which is not usually the case in construction! This team is top not from start to finish. They did our first project a couple of years ago, we were so pleased that when we were ready for the rest of the house; we knew who we wanted. Being an older home did present some hiccups but every challenge was met with a solution that remedied the issue and was fair allowing us to remain in budget. Living in a whole house reno, was not recommended however they agreed and worked tirelessly to make it as smooth and accommodating as possible. We have trusted them in making our old house a home and could not be more pleased. They are a family business that strives for excellence and it is evident in their work and community.

Jim and his entire team were absolutely amazing to work with, far exceeding our expectations. Cerise, there in house designer, curated the perfect bathroom design for our remodel and Jimmy and team executed the design with great professionalism and care. They did an outstanding job dealing with challenges and obstacles and provided an amazing customer experience throughout the entire process. In addition, Jim took great care in outlining the cost and timeline for each phase of the project and delivered ahead of schedule and on budget which is hard to find in a contractor. I cannot say enough about The Contractor Group. It is a family business that prides themselves on providing a great customer experience with top quality results. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom and loved them so much we have already signed to do our next remodel project with them.

If our family could give the Contractor's Group 10 stars based on the recent project they completed, we would! This is a great company to do business with, they are EXTREMELY detailed, and everyone from the team at the office to the team working on our home was really buttoned up.

We were nervous heading into a major renovation of our home, but they immediately put us at ease. We had a timeline for our project from the start and every deliverable was met. When issues inevitably occurred (such as bad wiring in our older home and a lack of insulation), the communication was very clear and direct and we completed change orders together to update the scope of the project. They also managed their sub-contractors really well along the way.

The really cool thing that sets Contractor's Group apart is that they provide in-house cabinetry orders, as well as in-house design services. This greatly increased the efficiency and accuracy of our project, and I felt reassured having design experts help me along the way.

Can't say enough wonderful things about the Contractor's Group! From the initial consultation to the final touches, everyone involved was amazing to work with. They did an exceptional job at making our vision a reality with a bedroom and bathroom addition as well as replacing our stairwell and flooring. They were organized and efficient, friendly and pleasant, and paid attention to each and every detail of the project as if it were their own home. Any questions we had were answered immediately, even on the weekends. They worked around our small army of children parading around the house and tolerated our last second changes. Overall, an exceptional experience and I feel 110% confident recommending them to anyone and everyone!

The Contractors Group did a fabulous job remodeling our two main bathrooms! Both bathrooms now look top-notch & are very beautiful now! The Contractors Group Employes & Sub-Contractors were always very professional with their work, very courteous and always very mindful of your personal space & privacy!
