RNB Design Group did a spectacular job remodeling our kitchen. Russ, the owner, and his team were great to work with from start to finish. Russ took our ideas and brought them to life with some incredibly talented people. The carpentry, electrical and plumbing all came together without delay. The turn around time on the quartz top was amazing and the tile work was set with a true artist. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. We would highly recommend RNB for your remodeling project.

Russ the owner of R&D design group was fantastic with helping set up the finance process Understanding that our second bath remodel in less than two months needed to be perfect after a failed remodel by a different contractor Ben his head carpenter was fantastic throughout the entire process Taking photos providing updates, making sure that other contractors were cleaning up after themselves and that work was satisfactory to are Vision and the vision of RND design. They even worked with us and finding it within the budget to do exhaust fans upgrade to the whisper, quiet, Panasonic and install installing luxury vinyl flooring and both of the bathroom. They made the process so easy that we will use them again when we do our kitchen

We worked with Russell and his team at RNB Design Group for our kitchen remodel and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result.
Russell stayed in touch with us regarding each contractor appointment so we knew when they would be here to work. His communication throughout the process was wonderful.
The contractors Russell works with are top notch. His electrician came up with a creative fix to a code issue we encountered, which allowed us to move forward with that part of the project. Ben and Javier are amazingly talented and provided great work and service. Claudia designed a beautiful layout for us and helped us pull together all components we wanted included in the kitchen. She guided us with design choices and took the time to figure out the style we were going for.
It's not easy to allow strangers into your home, especially in situations where you may not be home. But every single one of Russell's contractors was knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I had no issues leaving them in my house alone when I had to run an errand or pick up kids from school.
Overall, we were very happy with our experience and the end result. I would highly recommend RND Design Group for any renovation project.

Great to work wirh

Having construction done in your home, while you're still living there, can be one of the most frustrating experiences. DKIM makes it a lot easier. They keep a clean work space, so everyday when they leave, you're not walking through piles of dust and debris. We've used DKIM to complete a number of projects in our condo and are always happy with the result AND the process.

Mr. Kim does excellent work, very meticulous. Good communication, he shows up when promised. I recommend his services.

Doug did an amazing job installing about 17 windows all throughout my house, great job on the finish carpentry and trim, awesome with cleanup. I have been doing more DIY stuff recently but if I need Doug's expertise again I will definitely reach out to him

Douglas Kim is a very skilled carpenter and designer of closets and shelving. He did a beautiful job constructing bookshelves along two walls in our grand Victorian house and he also pointed us to an excellent painter to paint the woodwork he completed for us. I would hire him again in a minute. He also designed and built a large closet with French doors in a room adjacent our kitchen. He was diligent, skilled and hardworking, and a pleasant presence in our house while he was working. He also remodeled the railings on our main stairway, matching the old, 19th century rails, only making them taller so that the stairs are safer. He did a great job with that. We plan to do a few other projects--such as redoing the stairs going down to our basement--and I hope to get Douglas to do that project for us next spring! Doug runs a first clas operation. His interest is first and foremost to listen to what the client nedds and make the proper recommendations. I am in the process of using his services for a bathroom renovation. He has had excellent suggestions and the quoted price is very reasonable.

Doug has done a lot of work for us, including resupporting/rebuilding our two-level front porch after another contractor tried to jack it up only to have it start sinking again. All of it has been exceptionally well done. Doug has, including coming up with solutions we would never have thought of, like building concrete platforms for two-units worth of basement laundry machines to make a level surface for them. I rely for his advice for all building-related issues.

Doug renovated our bathroom. He did a great job and was able to get the job done on a short timeline and with good quality work. He was very easy to work with and he picked good subcontractors for the project. He was very quick to address the couple small punch list items that came up as well. Super easy to communicate and work with, made us feel very comfortable to work with. Very satisfied and look forward to working with him again.

I bought a condo in the South End several years ago. I needed new floors, classy looking shelving in the living room, and complete remakes of the kitchen and bathroom. I was very pleased with the entire project and process. This was my first time remodeling a bathroom. The VKB designer, Victoria, was very helpful and was patient with all my many questions and ideas. Once I made selections on materials and features the project went very smoothly and quickly. The Project Manager, Will, was present and responsive from pre installation and throughout the installation.
