Our experience with Ian and his crew was outstanding. Ian always kept us informed, cleaned-up every day before he left and really paid attention to every detail. He went above and beyond to make sure we were part of every decision and the quality was great! Ian and his crew did two full bathroom remodels and Kitchen Reno. We consider him part of the family now and will have him do many more renovations at the house and for my daughters. He is a thoughtful and kind person. We really enjoyed working with guys from Queen City Home Renovation. Someone who commits wholeheartedly and works for the honor and reputation of the company. Not someone just doing their job. It was always important that we were happy, with the project laid before us - not just satisfied. They analyzed, on site, the job to be accomplished. They was the contact regarding any issues that did/might arise.
Kitchen island was made from zero to beautifull piece just like flash! The team meet our expectation for excellence by humans!

We had Queen City Home Renovation redo two of our bathrooms and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The price was very fair, and the whole process went smoother than we expected. They were totally fine with us buying our own materials, which honestly saved us a good bit compared to some of the other quotes we got. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and kept things pretty tidy considering it’s a remodel. Both bathrooms look great now clean, modern, and exactly what we wanted. Would definitely use them again.ask for Ion and Victor.

They did a great job for a good price. They also delivered on a quick turnaround. That was a pleasant surprise for all the delays happening these days.

Total exterior remodel from roof and shingles, siding and a killer custom built front porch. Several months earlier we had them remodel 2 bathrooms.

Rick and his crew took on a leaky roof at the last minute, diagnosed the greater problem, and promptly installed a high-quality roof at a reasonable price.

The work was great. Even though there was issues they resolved the problem. My deck is beautiful and I can't wait to have my graduation party for my grandkids. I would have them do other work.
