We had a wonderful experience with ProTech Construction. Anthony was very clear in setting our expectations, provided options for how we wanted to do the repair, and checked in during the repair to make sure we were happy. The building turned out great, and I appreciate the professionalism and quality of work.

We had a very good experience with Pro Tech! They remodeled three of our bathrooms, including flooring, tile, painting, and new vanity/cabinetry, and all look fantastic now. Our interactions with the workers and with the Pro Tech office were great! Only little negative was that it took a long time to get started (several months)--but that was mostly because they're busy!

We employed ProTech for our kitchen renovation and we couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is excellent. Anthony and his staff were a pleasure to work with.

Pro tech team was wonderful. They helped with the design of my new bathroom and it's beautiful! The crew was great with keeping me aware of when they were coming and I appreciated how honest they were when a small problem came up and they fixed it quickly. I highly recommend them.

Here is a review regarding the kitchen remodel carried out by Pro Tech. I’ll try to keep this as objective as possible. This review is regarding the direct dealings with the owner.

The majority of the problems stemmed from a lack of communication, professionalism, and craftsmanship/quality control.
-said to me “stop talking like a child”.
-multiple occurrences of having to follow up with them after being told someone would come out and no one would show.
-when I asked him if there was a problem with the way the window as installed, he replied “why don’t you tell me”.

You’ll see in one of the photos the island/countertop they cut wasn’t flush and when I asked him if they were going to put a sealant or just any type of work towards it, the owner said “no sir it stays as is”.

Seamless and messy work seen in the photos:
-Texture haphazardly thrown around the place, i.e. on a window frame, on the baseboards.
-Backsplash with random placement. I asked for a subway tile placement, which is a 50% offset, and in the photos you can see there is no organization or aesthetic principle in the placement.
-The photo of a ceiling is to show how you can clearly see where the wall was removed to create a kitchen counter peninsula. Not very seamless and I will have to hire someone to fix this.
-Poor patch job.

1 year later & a window they installed is leaking. I had a window professional come & check it out & they said 1. There was a low grade sealant applied (shouldn’t leak after 1 year) & the window installed is protruding from the frame, not flush, therefor creating a catch for any rainfall in the future. When I asked Anthony, the owner, if he saw a problem with the way the window was installed he replied “why don’t you tell what.” He later said he would send someone out. Three weeks later, no one showed, I had to be the one to follow-up (photo).

After I brought up the point about the window leak and not getting a response, he said to “stop talking like a child”. I’m not sure in any circumstances being told this as a paying customer is okay. You would think the owner of the company would be the one to navigate customer service in a professional manner.

“The problems in this review were mentioned and brought to our attention 1 year later."
-the text message regarding the kitchen counter was sent on 11/2019, we began working together 9/2019. If you have an extensive warranty & back what you do 100%, the timeframe within the warranty shouldn’t matter.

“When you contacted us we replied and offered to come out and take a look to fix any problems...We as well offered to pay for the window bill, we asked you to text us back with a time and day that worked for you but unfortunately we didn't hear back from you.”
-the email screenshots shows I reached out on 9/4/2020, Anthony said he would send someone out & 3 weeks later, no one came by & I had to follow up, again. At this point the window had been leaking multiple times, likely compromising that area of the home with unnecessary amounts of moisture, so I reached out to a window professional. When I messaged Anthony again, on 9/27, he said he would pay the bill seal up the window but not window replacement, which is really the root cause given that the window was installed outside of the frame, creating a catch for rain in the future.

“Multiple months later we are presented with this review instead.”
-These conversations took place on 9/2020, it is now 10/2020. Either you cannot count the calendar months or you’re blatantly fabricating the situation and the customers word.

“We have also left you multiple messages to get this resolved and have not heard back from you.”
-Richard Rosete left 1 voicemail on 10/19/2020 at 1:23PM. No “multiple messages”. Again, either there is an issue with counting or a clear misrepresentation and fabrication of the situation.
-10/1/2020 - I sent a follow-up text to Anthony, including in this text the other issues, attached photos, and have a text message read receipt for 10/1/2020, no response. So then, I wrote this review.

Pro Tech did a beautiful job with our bathroom remodel this past summer. Anthony gave us great advice in achieving what we had in mind and we are very happy with it. We were even happier with Pro Tech's crews. They did high quality, professional work and took extra care to make sure it was exactly right. Everyone who came to our house was courteous and that's due to Anthony, who treated us like family from day one. Thanks for taking such good care of our home and us!

I hired Pro Tech Construction to do a major (nearly whole home) remodel on my house. The Pro Tech team understood my vision for the project and even provided valuable input to improve upon my vision. This was a big project that they were able to accomplish not only while I was living in the house, but also while I work from home full time. The team was very accomodating to my schedule and did a fantastic job of minimizing disturbances, all while performing quality work. If you are looking for an attentive, quality builder then I recommend the team Pro Tech Construction.

Extremely happy with the work ProTech did on my garage apartment. They truly take pride in what they do, and I would definitely hire them for any project in the future.

We recently used Pro Tech Construction to lime wash and paint the exterior of our home and couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the level of service we were given throughout the process. The owners were even on site at times to ensure the results were exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied! After remodeling our kitchen with them about 4 years ago the Pro Tech family remodel our master bedroom and the guest bathroom. Again, they score a 10 with their design and materials ideas. It was very impressing with all wholesale venders they have to save us a lot of money I mean thousands. They are able to buy cabinets, quartz and granite slabs and many other parts direct from these manufactures unlike these other contractors that are out there, that can't buy direct, and then they pass the saving to us. We are so grateful for the help and the beautiful work they did.

These guys were amazing! They don’t just tell you want you want to know, they tell you what you need to know. Made the whole process was easy and the end product was amazing!

Pro Tech installed a Luxury Vinyl plank floor in most of our house and they demoed our fireplace and created quite the focal point in our living room. The project was completed in a timely manner and everyone we interacted with was professional and responded to our questions quickly. We are in love with the results. They cleaned up the construction debris and left us with a very satisfying outcome. We recommend them without reservation.

Working with Anthony & his family was a great choice.

Pro Tech Construction did an extensive remodel to our home here in Austin, which included 3 bathrooms, The kitchen and the complete floor of our home. The owners Richard, Selina and dad Anthony were very understanding to our needs and gave us many ideas. Their trade teams were also top tradesmen; their Quality of work and materials was top notch. Best of all my wife love how they kept our home clean while they were working here. the one thing that impress us was that they were a design and built firm and before we got started, they gave elevations drawings to show us how things were going to look like after the completion of their work, which I my say very few companies had this design service and they did not charge us this was a service they included.
They are the real deal, and they have insurance and a showroom office which a lot of the companies did not that we interview. The insurance was very important to us. Our home is now so beautiful, and we love it.

We recently had our builder grade master bathroom remodeled by ProTech and WOW, we’re amazed with their professionalism and expertise. Our bathroom required a total remodel, floors, plumbing, paint, cabinets etc. and ProTech provides communication each step of the way to make the process seamless. We also had a tub removal and added an extended shower with two shower heads, I thought this would be difficult but ProTech completed it with ease! We’ve now referred my parents to have their bathrooms remodeled with ProTech and they couldn’t be more excited knowing our experience!

I couldn’t be happier with my master bathroom remodel. ProTech came in on time and on budget and the end result is stunning. They communicated well and listened to my requests and concerns. They are lovely people. If you are considering a remodel or a new build, I highly recommend ProTech.

Pro Tech did great. The quality of their work, attention to details and making sure the job is done right the first time is spot on. Everyone treated our house as if was their own and left it clean at the end of each day. Anthony/Richard & Selena were always available for questions and were around every day of the job checking in on the job and with us.

We will use them again for our next hour project.

I want to thank the Rosette family of Pro-Tech Construction for finding a way to transform our 1995 outdated and inefficient kitchen into a much larger and much more effective workplace. They also opened up our Living and Dining rooms into a much more modern and comfortable setting. The whole job took a month less than what we expected. What are you waiting for? From Tub to Tsuba: My Walk-In Shower Masterpiece by Anthony and Pro Tech Construction!
Let's face it, folks. My old bathroom was about as inviting as an old fashioned horse trough. But then I met Anthony, and let me tell you, this guy's a miracle worker. He transformed that outdated embarrassment into a walk-in shower masterpiece!

From the get-go, Anthony was fantastic. He listened to my vision and didn't laugh, but guided me to a realistic outcome. Throughout the whole process, he guided the process and kept me informed.

The final result? Breathtaking! Stepping into that shower is like entering a five-star hotel bathroom every single day. The tile work and counter top are beautiful. Bonus points for staying on budget and on schedule!
