Very happy with the work done.

My roof was replaced, and eave extended and and the front porch was extended. The work was high quality. One note: I asked for my attic wind turbines to be saved and reused - I was surprised to find them looking brand new with a coat of paint that matched all of roof vents.

I also had my front yard landscaped.

The new path leading to the front door looks great. The mulch and rock beds set off the new lawn. Sprinklers were installed and everything works great. Lots of compliments from the neighbors. Just need to plant a few succulents,

We had water damages in the bathroom and living room and had to reconstruct both rooms. They did an excellent job on communicating on what the process is and executing the plan. We recently contracted with AD for a bathroom rebuild (from plumbing through to finishes) and this company provided excellent service across the board! From customer service to skillful construction, Hector and his team thoroughly satisfied our expectations. The workers are pleasant, punctual, and (most especially and very importantly) diligent and skilled. I’ve rarely seen more industrious workers and the finished product is beautiful. Lastly, I’d be remiss if I weren’t to mention the transparency and integrity with which Hector and his team conduct their business. Absolutely outstanding! Highly and enthusiastically recommended!

American Development Construction Company San Diego has done an amazing job on our remodeling project. They have done their best to work with my budget and trust me, the did not lower their quality of work. My neighbors had their entire fence replaced and I gladly agreed to split the cost of the dividing fence that we share commonly. I was not satisfied with the way it was uneven at ground level on my side so I brought it to the attention of one the employees on site (Jayden) and he was immediately responsive and conveyed my concern to management. I was contacted by Alijah the job super shortly thereafter and he assured me that they would correct the problem as soon as schedules allowed. In a completely understandable time frame, they returned and corrected the aesthetic value to my 100% satisfaction. I'd also like to commend all of the employees on this job for their pleasant manners, their respect for the serenity of the neighborhood with no excessive noise and attention to keeping the job site clean and picked up at the end of each day.
