I went to go see flooring at there store, the selection was fantastic and pricing as well. The main thing I liked about doing business with them was the professional service and product knowledge I found lacked at other stores I went too. I am definitely going back for my bathroom and highly recommend for price / quality and service

I received very professional customer service. The personnel was very friendly, helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. The showroom has a good selection of vanities and related products at very reasonable prices.

The store has a nice variety of designs, though limited. It has very good prices, and friendly sales people - who remembered me the second and third time I came in. What they don't have is high-quality products. The bath vanities are made from pressboard, at least the one I bought. It is in a bathroom, so it was in a lot of humidity. The pressboard began to leak the glue, and the cabinet began to stain dark brown glue. The company wouldn't stand behind the product. I was very disappointed. The $1,000 of vanity looks like second-hand trash.

if You value your time and nerves, this is where you shop for your new bathroom vanity ! Big variety of updated and modern fixtures, took me 15 to put everything together to my taste, this is usually painful process, more so if staff is not comprehending. Good quality good prices and excellent service ! Golden elite is one stop shop without aggravation and waste of nerves !

I go in with one type of lumber in mind and come out with a different more creative way of doing things utilizing a much more exotic wood than originally planned, giving my small finished projects a cleaner, more exciting, and desirable look. Time and time again, I return to Golden Elite and the quality of the products and excellent customer service are always consistent. I was recommended to come here by a good friend after venting my frustrations with other stores. Russ walked around with me, spent a good hour explaining everything and was a complete gentleman when I told him I needed a little more time to decide exactly which flooring I needed. Without any pressure, he sent me home with a couple of samples and told me to take my time. I left feeling like I found a literal gem. Within a couple of days, I returned and purchased the flooring. Any home improvement project that you (read: your poor husband) plan to do is already a stressful experience. Russ was able to not only make this process easy and pleasant, he gave us an amazing deal and tips and tricks to bring out the most in our basement.
