Our experience with NOCO designs was A+ all the way. We had them finish our large basement adding a bedroom, bathroom, two living rooms, storage areas with shelves, and a pottery studio. They kept is informed of every step of the process which was so very helpful! The workmanship and craftmanship is top notch. We are extremely satisfied with the finished basement that was built by NOCO. Right from the beginning they were very accommodating, even coming over on a weekend for the initial consultation. They listened to our exact needs, including a photography darkroom with bookcase door, and responded extremely quickly with a walk-through rendering of what the finished rooms would look like. Upon our approval, they very quickly provided a quote, and made the signing of the agreement very easy and convenient. They began very quickly and moved through the construction at a rapid pace. All of their employees were very friendly and completely focused on making sure everything was right. From the framers to the electricians to plumbers to drywall installers and finishers to painters to flooring installers, everyone was professional and interested in making sure things were how we wanted them. It was all top notch, and we can’t recommend NOCO enough.
