As an electrical sub they are a great company to work with. Very detailed and customer oriented. But I'd also like to share as a home owner I use JL home builders for all the work I need done on my personal home. They go above and beyond each and every time. Great team !

We brought in JL Home Builders to tackle 3 modest projects (garage interior wall/ceiling repair, powder room fix-up, and extensive drywall patching) which together added up to a decent size project. Communications with Phil, Mike and Justin were solid, the crew did great work, and we were very pleased with the final results. We would certainly hire them again for general home remodeling and construction.

Just had JL Home Builders finish my basement. They did a great job. Had a few contractors come out before contacting this company, and I can say that just the process of getting started was so much better with JL Home Builders. They were willing to work with me on any idea I had for the space. They gave me a time by which they would complete the project and met it. They were the only contractor who came in and mentioned verifying that the existing furnace would be able to handle heating the additional space, which gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. Everyone was very polite and conscientious of trying to keep the rest of my home as clean as possible.

I cannot say enough good things about JL Homebuilders. They completed a full restoration of my two-bedroom condo, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The craftsmanship and skill of the workers were outstanding. This is clearly a well-led, highly organized team that takes pride in their work. Justin, the owner, runs a tight ship—professional, responsive, and completely on top of every detail.

The schedule was tight and they delivered exactly as promised. There was no downtime, no excuses, and no nonsense. The price was more than fair for the quality, speed, and efficiency of the work performed.

I am still genuinely shocked by how quickly the project was completed and how incredible the final result is. The condo is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a builder who delivers efficiency, quality, and results without drama, JL Homebuilders is the real deal.

Justin and his team did an incredible job renovating my home. They completely transformed my kitchen, removing the old bulkhead, moving the gas line, redoing the flooring, installing brand new cabinets, cutting/staining/installing beautiful butcher block counters, installing a new sink with new plumbing, and finishing it all with an incredible backsplash. The space feels brand new and far beyond what I imagined.

They also updated my bathroom, repaired water damage on my living room ceiling (my walls and ceiling have a very complex texture, and they matched it so perfectly you’d never know there was ever a leak), changed out my light fixtures, and installed new front, basement, and screen doors with excellent attention to detail.

The crew was quick, reasonably priced, professional, and their craftsmanship is outstanding. They were easy to communicate with and clearly take pride in their work.

If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy renovation team, I can’t recommend Justin and his crew enough. 10/10 experience.

I have had several jobs done by JL Homebuilders and honestly I could not be happier with the work. I have had a new concrete walkway poured, new Hardibacker siding put on and painted, a new porch roof, and my entire attic insulated and drywalled. All of the works was great and the pricing was reasonable. I have recommended them many times and everyone that has used them has bent extremely happy with the work they had done.

I’ve worked with JL Homebuilders on several gut rehabs over the years, and they consistently stand out. They’re by far the fastest at providing proposals, and they follow through with dependable service. Projects move quickly without sacrificing quality, and thanks to their large staff, the lead time to get started is usually just a few days to a week.

I also appreciate their fairness on change orders they don’t overcharge. Throughout the project they stand by their mantra: “It’s the right thing to do.” I recommend JL to anyone looking for quality, dependable work on a tight timeline.

Justin and his team are outstanding at what they do. Another contractor that we have been working with backed out at the last minute and within two days, Justin had a full crew here replacing our patio, driveway, and renovating our kitchen. JL Homebuilders is a team of skilled, friendly, And hard-working professionals. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and how fast they were able to get our house ready to move in. I also appreciated how collaborative Justin and team were and helping us renovate our dream home.

I am in love with my new kitchen from JL HomeBuilders! When I bought my house I knew I wanted to remodel the kitchen immediately and I’m so glad I had JL do it. They did quality work at a reasonable price and were done in less than a month. It’s been a few weeks since they finished up and I still just find myself starring at it I'm so happy with how it turned out.

Everyone that came through the house during the project was nice, respectful, and easy to work with. And any concerns that came up during the process were addressed immediately.

Great job on replacement of a rotting rail on our front porch area. We went with composite materials for longevity and the installation was professional and looks great!

Remodeled vanity and bath area including removing tub and replacing with walk-in shower. Love the results and very pleased with how smoothly things went from start to finish. The work was completed according to the contract time frame, experienced excellent workmanship and no subcontractors were involved making for easy work flow. Those involved were very dependable, honest and professional. My experience was very positive giving this company an A+ rating.

Remodel Cincinnati did a full remodel on a bathroom for us and we could not be more pleased. Everyone was very east to work with, responsive and we are thrilled with our new bathroom. Highly recommend!!!

I have a new home where the shower was not correctly installed. The tile under the shower door was cracked and the large shower sunk a bit . My neighbor recommended Remodel and I am glad he did. The gentleman who came to fix it has worked there for 40 some years and you could not wish for a more competent and neater person to do that job. He also added a bench and handlebar to the shower... Great appearance and wonderful work. My daughter said she will call them for her repairs..

We had the good fortune to be referred to Steve Zimmer and his company for a bathroom remodel we wanted done to make it handicap accessible for my 95 yo father. Once we approved the plans and cost and found our way onto their schedule, the work was completed in a timely manner. Greg, who did the work, worked efficiently, quietly and left the work area neat and tidy every evening. They made sure to include my father's input so the grab bars would be placed where he needed them to be. Steve was very responsive to our calls and questions. I highly recommend them and will use their services again if and when the need arises.

Steve just remodeled our master bath and we could not be happier. He worked with us through the whole process from planning, recommending vendors and installation. No detail was too small for his attention. The whole process was seamless. Once the actual installation started Greg was here every day and worked diligently. We hardy knew he was in our home. Precision and promptness should be their tagline. I would recommend this company to anyone.
