Home Services reviews in Bristol, Rhode Island

It took months to schedule and they also changed the date on me after I removed my fence for their vehicles to fit. His workers left ruts in my neighbor's yard when leaving my property with their vehicles. When I called them back I had to leave a voicemail explaining what happened and never got a call back. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

On time. On budget. Clean up as if nothing happened! The job to remove a line of arborvitae was complicated by all kinds of vines and access challenges. The team was professional, friendly, worked well together, from start (consult and booking) to finish, (getting the job done.)👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent Customer Service always willing to go above and beyond. I contracted this company to do some work in a pinch and they really came through for me! I was so impressed with their professionalism and pride in their work I went on to refer them to 3 other friends! They are also competitively priced.

Used Carlos for a stump removal job at a rental property I own. Not only was he reliable and professional, the job was done right at very affordable prices. Thanks so much Carlos. I will be calling you again for sure!

Lost a tree in a storm and it was held up by only a vinyl fence. Carlos was there first thing on Sunday morning and came up with plan to get it handled. He also checked out my other trees. It was dangerous to both mine and my neighbor’s home. They did a great job, fast, and efficient. Prices right too. Now I got a tree guy.

Was referred to ATW by a family member and RI Energy to remove a large oak tree located near utility lines. We did get quotes from a couple of other tree services..one not qualified and the other too well known in the area. Prices were from $3600-$5K. ATW quoted $2800!
Carlos was great to work with. He helped coordinate between RI Energy and himself to set a date so we would only need to pay for one traffic detail.
He staggered his arrival time so RI Energy could start and get ahead on trimming so not to be in each other's space. He arrived exactly when he said he would and started immediately and his men worked well together. They completed their work in just about 4 hours including clean up. His men cleaned up as they went along keeping a safe work zone.
Unfortunately, I'm out of trees otherwise I would definitely use them again!

Carlos, is very professional and courteous. This is our third time having trees removed. The work crew did a great job from start to finish. Definitely a good choice if you need trees removed or trimmed. Richard

We recently had a tree that was rotted and fell on our house. Carlos responded immediately to my phone call and came to the house to access and prepare an estimate. His team was well prepared and took care of the tree with no further damage to the house. They cleaned up afterwards and sent photos of the work. I would highly recommend. Great prices and great service.

American Tree Works did a great job at my home. I had a disease tree about 30 feet tall on the side of my home and a 60 year old cherry tree that needed to be trimmed. ATW came in and cut the tree down and trimmed the cherry tree. The gentlemen were very careful when trimming the cherry tree as there was a grape vine below it. The clean up was awesome.

They did a great job, fast, and efficient. Prices are right too. Now I got a tree guy.

Carlos and his team were great. We had some challenging trees to cut down and they did an amazing job and cleaned up like they were never here! Highly recommend.

We had a challenging job of taking down rotting Arborvitaes that were between 2 fences, with one of them leaning at a 30 degree angle and wouldn't make another storm without falling. We had been on their waitlist and were happy to wait until this previous storm caused that tree to list quite a bit. We called and asked that they come as soon as possible, before another storm preferably, and they got right back to us and were out here within a week. They did an amazing job without causing any damage to either of fences and cleaned up so you would never even know they were here. I would highly recommend for any tree removal services.

Great job! Carlos was extremely responsive and very professional. The team did a terrific job removing four large trees. They arrived on time, worked hard and did great work. They picked up all debris as they worked and you could tell they took pride in their work. Would definitely recommend.

I called American tree works to remove a large maple tree in my back yard. Carlos responded extremely quickly, came and priced out the job which was extremely reasonable considering the size of the tree. His crew work hard, they were all professional and polite. Weather was not in there favor with rainy and gust condition but the crew managed to get the job done. Highly recommend! Thank you American tree!

American Tree Works did a wonderful job, very professional, neat, and clean. They called me just prior to arriving at my house, as scheduled. Well organized and completed the job timely. Their price was very competitive. I will have them do all of my tree work in the future.

We called American Tree Works to remove 2 large trees from our backyard. Both trees were on a steep hill. Carlos responded quickly with a very reasonable price. His crew was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Job well done!! I highly recommend them!!

American Tree Works did a great job. I was able to schedule the work within a reasonable time. They showed up on time and did a good job taking down a pine tree and trimming the other trees in my yard. They cleaned everything up before they left. Very good prices, highly recommended.

Super good , they work like a team very perfectionist and they left everything clean after finish!

Carlos checked out the wind damage to my tree and gave me an estimate on the spot. He scheduled the work for the next day and Kyle and his team did an outstanding job. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Carlos came right out to look at a fallen tree limb on my home. Great crew. In and out, very impressed! Very happy with their quality of work, professionalism and care to the property. Highly recommend!

The crew did a great job removing many trees we had on our property. They were prompt, ambitious, and cleaned up very well when completed. We would highly recommend.

I was referred to American Tree Works from a friend, Carlos came out to do the estimate quickly and informed me of the estimate on the spot and let me know when they would be available to do the work. They came as scheduled, right on time. I was greeted by Kyle, who so so nice and professional. They worked extremely hard the whole time they were here. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything to the point you would never have known they were here with the exception of doing an amazing job on the tree. I highly recommend! Thanks to the team for the outstanding work.
