Tree reviews in Burrillville, Rhode Island

They came out to give us a quote a few weeks ago and now we can’t get anyone to give us a date to do the job and they are not calling back!!!

Update: Yes we were given 2 hours notice on a week day after we were already at work; making it very difficult to make it home to move a vehicle in the driveway.

Professional, reasonable, on-time, no trace of a tree ever being in the spot. Frank, the owner, is super nice to deal with. Danielle, who answers the phone, is fantastic...was a great help in communication. Would highly recommend this company for your tree service needs.

Couldn’t say more for Malec tree services, my yard looks amazing. They were on time, worked hard, and incredibly fair on pricing. I would highly recommend and would use them again.

I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again in the future. They are reasonably priced as well. We had a pretty big job done with about 11 trees removed (some pretty massive trees) and I am happy with their work.

They came out and gave me a price for a couple trees for my mother's house. I gave them the Ok and they were here two days later and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them.

BEST EXPERIENCE IN 20 YEARS! This was the FIRST TIME in 20 years that I had a good experience. These guys were helpful and customer friendly. The entire job was competed in a timely fashion and they cleaned up so when they left it did not look like they were even there! I highly recommend using MALEC TREE SERVICE for all your tree needs.

I have never used this company in the past so today’s experience was totally unbiased. I have had many arborists on my property and Malec is first quality. One man climbed at least 30 feet. All were helmeted. The men came fully equipped and ready at the expected time. Proper cleanup afterward. I’m pleased.

My neighbor used them today and I was amazed at the quality of services they performed. They took down a huge tree near the road (that our town refused to accept it was their tree). They put boards down under the trucks wheels so the property wasn’t damaged and they cleaned up after they were done. The whole crew worked as a team. Just as an observer I would highly recommend this company

We hired this place to take down a pretty big tree that had been compromised along with a few smaller trees in our yard that were dying. A team of guys arrived exactly on time and we were VERY impressed with how efficient and professional they were. They completed all the work within a few hours, and they caused minimal disruption to both our yard and our neighbors yard, considering the size of the undertaking, and they did a fantastic job of cleanup. They were also our most reasonable quote on top of it! VERY SATISFIED. Will definitely reccommend!

It was an emergency. Tree came down across driveway ripping all wires from the house. I called them mid afternoon they were there half hour later to look. He left was back with big truck and equipment. They cleared driveway so others could get up driveway. This was a Saturday and temp was 7 degrees. Beautiful job good price. Would definitely call on them again and also pass the name on.

I couldn't believe my eyes when Malec Tree service removed the trees on my property! They come in with quality equipment, a professional crew and work tirelessly until the job was completed. When they left the job you couldn't tell they were even there!! They left the property spotless. I would highly recommend their service and I would hire them again!. I don't normally post reviews but I had to in this case.

Had 6 trees removed and others that where down cut up. The crew was great. They were very professional and I have to say I was quite impressed with how quickly they worked. My yard looked great when they left. They even offered to help me try and figure out the problem with the lights on my outdoor Christmas tree. Look no further for any tree removal projects.

As a local small business we know how hard it is to consistently provide quality service and produce a result people are happy to pay for. We live in a world where bad service is unfortunately the ‘rule’, not the exception. Working with businesses like Malec restore our faith in customer service and make us happy to pay the cost for exactly what they said they would provide for us. I’ve worked with them at my home and was very impressed, so when we needed someone at our business it wasn’t even a question to call around for quotes. We just called Malec. They were priced fair, easy to work with, and communication was great. They leave your space like they were never even there. Skip the shopping around, just call Malec. Thank you for the hard work you put in and for standing by your work.

Nick and his crew just left and I have to say how pleased I am with the job they did today! They showed up on time were very polite and professional. This was not any easy job which required a lot of climbing on Nick's part, Frank even came by to see how the job was going. They made sure we were completely satisfied before they started wrapping things up. Our whole experience with Malec was a pleasure from meeting Frank to speaking with Danielle and meting Nick and the crew. We will absolutely recommend them and use them again. Great job Male

THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB! If I could give Malec Tree Services 6 stars, I seriously would. I had 7 large 100 foot tall oaks removed from my back yard, and at the end of 2 days of tireless tree cutting & crane work, there wasn't a leaf or fingerprint left behind. And, Frank and the crew were really nice people, too. You can tell when a company is well run, and this is one of those gems. Very professional, experienced, and super responsive. Shout out to the office personnel & stump grinding crew as well...they really went above the call of duty for me. 1000% recommend this company for any of your tree needs, big or small, and I hope to have the pleasure of working with Malec Tree again in the future. Nice work folks!! Thank you.

Making the call to have 3 mature and beautiful trees to be cut down was one of the most difficult things I’ve had to do. After many calls&quotes I called Malec Tree Service and it has turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Frank (owners son) personally returned my call and went to my property to assess the situation. He was so patient, knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful I decided to hire his company for the job. The crew arrived on time and showed themselves to be caring, professional and respectful of our wishes and property. Words cannot express my gratitude with the impeccable and meticulous job they did! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for anything trees.

Had 7 pines removed and some other smaller trees. Guys were super impressive to watch work, safe and quick! Got it done in 2.5 days. Our yard looks amazing now. Thanks so much!!!

We are extremely happy repeat customers.
Cody's crew removed and trimmed trees from our property. They were polite, pleasant and professional while doing an exemplary job. They left the property even neater than it was when they arrived. The crew that ground the stumps were just as praiseworthy.
I would never hesitate to highly recommend Malec tree service. From Frank, who does the estimating to Linda who handles the scheduling, they truly are a customer service focused company.

We've used malec tree service 3 times, each time they come right out to give us a quote and get the job done quick. Always a fair price and good work.
