Jake and Oliver’s crew was Amazing!!!! I don’t usually leave reviews . These guys called me right back , they came out to my house on time . Reviewed my situation and with in 24 hours got back to me with a Quote that was a few thousand lower than anyone else . Once we accepted the quote these guys didn’t mess around . We agreed on a Tuesday and by Sunday the mini split were in and running perfectly. The install was smooth , these guys busted it out . Any questions I had they answered and I can’t say this enough these guys are the best and can’t go wrong with Oliver and Jake . Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic service by Eastern HVAC Solutions! My furnace stopped working unexpectedly, and Oliver was able, not only to come out on very short notice but on a Friday night. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. Oliver quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything to me in detail, and had the furnace up and running in no time. Very smart and really answered my question and also ask me before he installed the thermostat plate how would I like it hang on the wall.
He did the job and also figure out some of the challenges area where the wire was giving him a little trouble, but he figured it out.
He did a great job and also cleaned before he left.

Good guys who took over an incomplete project from another HVAC guy. Fixed and leak with the thinset line and also installed a condenser and coil for our A/C. Showed up and didn’t leave until everything was working. All at a reasonable price.

I normally don't write reviews unless I'm blown away by the service I received, which is why I find myself reviewing Eastern HVAC Solutions. From scheduling my appointment, to my first meeting with Oger when I walked him through exactly what I was hoping to achieve, to the final installation... it was all next level service. I never felt rushed or pressured. There was no upselling or attempting to give me more than I needed. Oger understood my needs and told me he'd do his best to meet them. What he didn't tell me is that he'd far exceed them, which is exactly what he and Eastern HVAC Solutions did.

We were in the market for a mini split but wanted cooling only. We have older crank out windows in our living room and it makes installing a window unit extremely cumbersome and unsightly. We looked into acquiring a mini split unit three years ago and got a good price but never pulled the trigger. Three years later I was kicking myself for not buying before prices went through the roof. I scheduled a few estimates and I was disheartened when a competing company quoted me a price of $9,200 for a 12,000 BTU unit that would heat and cool. Even though I only needed cooling I was told those units were no longer available.

When I met with Oger it was a much more productive and optimistic conversation. He told me that he could still get a cooling only unit and that the price difference between a 12,000 BTU and 18,000 BTU would be negligible. With the skylights in my living room and the glass sliders it would be better to have a little more power. We discussed the install, he told me they were very busy and that he would get an estimate to me as soon as possible.

The very next morning I was blown away to find that Oger and Eastern HVAC Solutions could install an 18,000 BTU cooling only unit for less than half the price their competitor had quoted me. Not only that, their price was lower than the price I had received from a different company three years ago! I researched the Daikin brand that they were suggesting and found that they were highly rated with great reliability and a fantastic warranty.

We agreed to the proposal on a Friday. As I type this on the following Tuesday, the unit is installed, operational and other than the fact that we have a new AC in the room, you'd never even know Oger or his crew were here. They were clean, respectful, professional and most of all, very good at what they do.

I learned that Eastern HVAC Solutions is a family run company and I couldn't be happier about giving them my business. They more than earned this five star review and Oger is an absolute rockstar. They even took care of registering the unit with Daikin and sent me all the documentation I needed for the 12 year warranty provided by the manufacturer.

If you're in the market for any sort of HVAC service make sure you include Eastern HVAC Solutions in your search. They provide old fashioned quality and service that's hard to come by these days, and they do it at an affordable price. Give Oger a call, you'll be glad you did. We certainly are!

The technicians and installers from Eastern HVAC Solutions did an outstanding job at my residence, installing a four-head mini-split Heat Pump system along with a ducted unit in the attic. They demonstrated exceptional dedication, working from 7 AM to 7 PM on a Saturday to complete the installation and ensure the equipment was fully operational. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality of work. The price was on point. Highly recommended!
