I read the reviews and have reached out to Total Floor Care twice but I cannot seem to get them to call me back.

Affordable and great results. Glad I decided to call Michael.
Will definitely have Total Floor Care clean my VERY large kitchen floor again.

Michael (owner) was prompt, professional and extremely efficient when cleaning my rugs. He brought the beauty out in my old flooring!! Thank you Total Floor Care!!!

I would highly recommend this company!! Michael did a wonderful job on our carpets. We will use them again in the future. Thank you for being so prompt and keeping me in the loop the whole job.

Mike and his other team member no word to describe them. They both do awesome job. My hotel carpet, tile anything once they finish with cleaning it’s look like we just installed it. Loving it. It’s unbelievable. Keep it up guys. Will see you on next quarter.

If you are looking for the highest quality and professionalism, look no further! Michael is an incredibly knowledgable and hard working owner. Every time he has done a job for us it comes out like brand new! He is a perfectionist in his work and it shows. Not only that, but his prices are more than reasonable! Book this company, you'll be glad you did!

Michael is always professional, friendly, and efficient! We’ve used them for a few years now and highly recommend!

I am the owner of a restaurant for the last 7 years. I have tiled floors. Michael (owner of Total Floor Care RI) extremely professional and knowledgeable, performed a demonstration to show me the difference between a grease and dirt tracked floor and a steam cleaned floor. I was amazed and disgusted at the same time because cleaning the floors with household chemicals was not the right treatment to eliminate grease. Michael and his staff did an excellent job by removing the grease. The floor looks 100% brighter and the air is fresher working the restaurant. I would totally recommend Total Floor Care RI to do any/all Floor cleanings. Total Floor Care RI comes back each quarter to maintain the floors. Awesome job!! 👍👍

Total Floor Care was so easy to work with, with minimal disruption to our station functions. They did a great job, with their square machine heads cleaning even every corner spotless! Would definitely use their services again and recommend to others.

TFC, . Thanks again for doing a great job on our rugs and kitchen tile. The house looks so clean !! fourth or fifth time total floor care cleaned my rugs...will certainly continue to use Mike and his service.

Michael from Total Floor Care cleaned our carpets. He did a very thorough job, was very professional, and left everything neat and clean. Was a pleasure to do business with, I would highly recommend Total Floor Care!

Recently moved into a new apartment and wanted to get the carpets cleaned just to be on the safe side. Found Total Floor Care and booked an appointment with them since they were locally owned.

Very glad I did, New carpeting and I was still shocked to see what came out of it and was flushed down the drain. If you need your carpets or floors clean I highly recommend Michael, he is very professional and quick, and does the work right the first time. Will definitely have them cleaning any floors or carpets I would need cleaning again.

Thanks for the great work guys!

We moved into a mid-century home a year ago, full of wall-to-wall carpet, and though it was well cared for, we had no idea the last time it was deep cleaned. There were a few troublesome set-in stains from previous foot traffic, and I had little hope they would ever come out. I contacted a few rug cleaning companies, and Michael was the most responsive and helpful with my questions and gave me a reasonable price for all 7 rooms and hallway. He arrived on time as scheduled and took the time to go over the lay of the land and what the cleaning entailed. He did a thorough, professional job of sucking up the dirt, making my carpet look new, and was even able to totally remove those bothersome stains. Best of all, he’s just a nice guy! Plus he’s grandkid approved - he found a missing Easter Egg from a recent egg hunt! I’m completely satisfied with his work, the carpet looks amazing, and the smell from the cleaning solution is light and pleasant - not overpowering. I have already scheduled next year’s routine cleaning. I highly recommend Michael and Total Floor Care.
