We used NE Disaster twice. First, when a tree fell on our house. We were so impressed that when we had a house fire, they were one of the first people we called. We couldn't be happier with the job that they did. Our "new" house is even better that we could have hoped for. We were continually informed of progress as they rebuilt our home. Every person who worked on our house was professional, and kind - kind is important when you go through the emotional turmoil of a house fire. I can't say enough good things about the company and the people - they are like family!

We would highly recommend NEDRI for their quick response. Chris, DJ & their crews were awesome. They were on-time, thorough, excellent workmanship and followed it through until the end.

NE Disaster Restoration was incredible - came to my house 20 min. after a 80 ft tree hit my house and took out my sunroom, roof, and electricity - they had teams of people there quickly to get power restored and tree off the house - they helped my wife and I with managing the insurance claim as well as the full repairs to the house with their construction team. Everyone from the team was great, they were kind, patient, and provided the information we needed to get our home in a good place - thank you!

Like many others in our situation, we were eager to have our house restored as quickly as possible.

I am very pleased with the NE disaster Restoration. I am very happy with the work Richard and his team did in my basement. It was excellent and I'm very pleased with the job.

It started with mold as a result of a kitchen leak. The insurance company recommended N.E. Disaster Restoration. Everyone was wonderful. I would like to highlight three of those men. Louis, Andrew, and Trevor went above and beyond my expectations. Their personalities were just as important to me as their skillful knowledge. They dismantled, demolished, and created a beautiful kitchen for our family. Every single thing from the ceiling to the floor is more than I ever imagined. I'm so thankful for this company and these men. If you've experienced anything disastrous from a fire to a flood and anything in between, these are the comforting hands you want to be placed in.

We had some water damage that necessitated that the plaster and insulation come out of walls and ceiling in our 1883 home. These guys came the next day, measured, bid, and ultimately did a wonderful job that had us fully restored and cleaned up in less than three weeks. Truly professional.

DAI helped us with a mold situation. I was impressed that their workers listened to my concerns are the air quality and offered concrete ways forward. They truly cared, and I recommend their work and expertise.

I used this company for a year and they did 3 remediations for me. Got to a point the staff knew me by name. At first, they were very professional and openly shared their knowledge on mold and water issues with me. Now they are refusing to communicate or talk to me further to address my concerns as a customer and homeowner. They have had to come out and correct work that wasn't done the previous time. I did some research and there's something called the "stack effect" and I think that is my issue. So the first job was done in a timely manner, and they were professional, then we realized corners were cut and the next person I interacted with was also very professional, until things started to become open to opinion in their eyes the professionalism and timely responses and abundance of knowledge disappeared, so I am disappointed.

I was extremely satisfied with everyone at DAI starting with Trina who was my first contact. I would recommend DAI to anyone.

The project manager that has helped me through this process Devin was knowledgeable , courteous and always available no matter how many times I reached out to him. He informed me on how to move forward to best prepare for a situation like this in the future. I would highly recommend this company to any one who is in need of this type of service.

This year is the 3rd year I have used DAI to clean my sorority house. I was happy with them the last 2 years but this week well….. let’s just say it was different. The team led by Dave Hagen and his crew Connor Vass, Mike Barker, Dave Bajakian, Gerardo Marrero and helpers for half of day one Holly Hearn & Alex Holt. They were punctual, courteous, professional, and their eye for detail was well over the top. When they left I felt and smelled a sense of cleanliness that only professionals can leave. I would recommend them to anyone so give them a call if you have a job big or small and they will amaze.
You guys not only rocked, we’re amazing and knocked it out of the park.

I had a crew of 3 remove ceiling and wall covering in the basement. They explained the procedure in detail and answered my questions with patience. They efficiently worked together with the removal and disposal of the debris. My basement was totally cleaned and sanitized.

I’m from Johnston RI and have been affected by the storm disaster in January. DAI SINCE THEN HAVE DONE AN AMAZING JOB RESTORING MY HOME. THEY DID MOLD REMOVALS, reconstructions inside and outside of the homes, very respectful n will answer any questions you may have Defenitly did an amazing job restoring our place Marco in particular was a peach to talk to and did very well in explaining n educating on his work n what they do.
