Purchased a generator from them about 5 years ago. The initial setup was very complicated as we had solar panels but they figured it.
Their service since then has been excellent.
So friendly people on the line.
Phone call is usually answered rather quickly.
If you get a generator from them they over a service plan. A little expensive but I think it is worth it. -

Made call for annual service appointment and got several options for the following week. Technician was here at 8:05 for my 8a-10a time frame. He introduced himself and got quickly to work. Answered my questions fully and to my satisfaction. Very professional. Have been very happy with COX electric since they did my generator install. The service department has been easy to work with when needed.

They did recall work on whole house generator. Had to wait on part. Work completed, no issues, we great to deal with. Everyone was professional and courteous.
